Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Almaty

Espaço muito agradável! Estive por alguns dias e gostei muito, tudo estava como na descrição. Boa comunicação, limpo, e organizado, eu recomendo e ficaria novamente. ☺️

I had an amazing stay at Бауыржан’s place! The views from the top of the hill are absolutely breathtaking. The pictures honestly don’t do it justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. Бауыржан was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and his uncle and aunt were just as adorable and kind. Their warmth made the whole experience feel extra special. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit. Already looking forward to it!

여기 너무 좋아요. 버스도 많이 다니고 시내랑도 충분히 걸어갈 수 있어요. 침대도 2개 있어서 두명 자기에도 너무너무너무 편리해요. 냉장고도 크고 부엌도 커요. 이제 한국인들 알마티로 여행 많이 올것 같은데 싼값에 꼭 이방 미리 예약해주세요!!!!!!

I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO TANYA AND KATE FOR THEIR CARE. THERE IS CUTE CAT IN THE WARM HOME. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY, SO IT IS VERY CONVENIENT TO GO. IN ADDITION, I LOST A BAG IN THE TAXI. TANYA AND KATE HELPED ME GET IT BACK. OTHERWISE, I MIGHT FACE ALL KINDS OF TROUBLES.THANKS AGAIN🫡

Если честно я в шоке, от уровня жилья , вроде относительно не большой дом ,но все свежее и очень гармонично ,также Берик уделил много внимания дизайну и практичности, чего стоит только сан узел есть все принадлежности , порадовали и гостинцы и прочее.Есть bbq , это почти главная причина отдыха для нашей семьи , были с маленькими детками вообще без проблем все. В Казахстане снимал ранее много домов, но этот именно топовый из-за уровня сервиса и компетенций хозяина ,огромный Рахмет ,обязательно вернёмся !

A very nice respectful family who gave privacy and quick to answer any questions. They keep their garden very nice, and everything you need is there. It was nice being near the mall too.

Firstly I would like to praise the Host as he was super helpful and responsive. this place is for nature lover and you can easily accommodate large families [easy for 10 to 12 people]. rite on top of mountain [indeed not easily accessible] but that's what you go here for. Complete cutoff from outside and get lost in the beauty and nature surrounding. however if you want to get city lively hood, it's 25 mins away and Call a Taxi do come to your door step. House had all the required amenities with proper heating for winters. Olzhas was super helpful, even guiding us with rentals for our shoe crampons. He had Sauna [we did not use it], great backyard for kids to play around, Safe locality, and a play area as well for kids. Amenities like Table Tennis, Kaeoke, PSP kept the kids and adults busy. A must stay place near Almaty

안녕하세요! 우리 일행은 성인 남성 7명으로 렌터카 2대를 이용하여 3박을 하였습니다. 호스트는 친절하고 적극적으로 안내하고 소통하였습니다. 숙소는 알마티 시내를 조망하고 텐샨산맥의 만년설을 볼 수 있는 곳에 위치하고 있으며, 안락하고 평화로운 일상을 제공합니다. 모든 것이 완비된 숙소에서 우리 일행은 안락하고 편안한 휴식을 취하며 카자흐스탄과 알마티를 여행할 수 있었습니다. 그리고 서류를 깜박하고 두고 나왔음에도 호스트는 먼저 친절하게 연락을 주었습니다. 호스트의 친절함에 감사드리고, 이 숙소를 이용하는 모든 여행자분들에게 즐거움과 행복이 가득하기를 기원합니다. 감사합니다.

Квартира полностью соответствует описанию — чистая, светлая, с очень хорошим ремонтом. Из окон открывается красивый вид на горы, особенно приятно наблюдать рассветы и закаты. Рядом находится много отличных ресторанов с вкусной едой на любой вкус. Отдельно хочется отметить дружелюбных и отзывчивых хозяев — всегда были на связи и готовы помочь. Прекрасное место для отдыха, рекомендую!

The place was exactly what I needed. Everything was clean and the amanities were satisfactory. The host, Alexandr, was friendly and fast responsive to my requests. I genuinely recommend his apartment.

Had a lovely one night’s stay here! Really lovely, modern, clean and spacious, bright, apartment. The bed was super comfortable. There was a small supermarket round the corner and little shop selling fruit and vegetables. Didn’t get a chance to explore the rest of the area as had to leave early the next morning. Wish I had longer to enjoy the apartment!

Дорогие хозяева квартиры, всё было супер! Чисто, красиво и уютно, все необходимое есть. Локация топчик, в округе миллион рестиков и достопримечательностей. Общение было легким и комфортным, заселение очень быстрым. Рекомендую данное жилье!

Arsen is fantastic Host ,He so generous that pick-up from the Almaty International Airport in 04:00 AM in the morning and he let us check in 8 hours before actual check in time and further more he let us stay at his property after check out time like four hours after check out time. I genuinely impressed his kindness and supportive nature. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to stay his place. Finally I want to thank to Mr Arsen for his hospitality and kindness.

Honestly, couldn’t have asked for a better host/ property to stay in. Thank you Aliya for being absolutely fantastic. Located in one of the prime yet quiet neighborhood, this property is just perfect for someone who loves to walk and explore! The house in itself had everything one would need during their stay. We actually traveled with our toddler and Aliya was kind enough to even source out and place a baby cloth detergent in the cabinet ❤️ I already know, we will be staying at Aliya’s home during our next visit.

Одно из самых лучших проживаний, что у меня были!) Невероятно уютная квартира в тихом спокойном месте. Со всеми удобствами. Екатерина очень оперативно отвечала на любые вопросы. Квартира полностью оправдала ожидания.

Anara’s place was simply one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at. It is located in a residential complex with everything you could possibly need right outside your door, and if you needed anything else it was a short taxi away. The apartment itself was extremely clean and large, more than enough space for 2-3 people. Anara was also such a great host and allowed us to check in at 4 am (and was awake to make sure we made it in okay). If I ever return to Almaty I will be sure to try to stay here again. :)

Это прекрасная, хорошо обустроенная, уютная квартира со множеством приятных деталей, в которой чувствуешь себя как дома. Расположение дома центральное со всеми удобствами. Мадина – одна из лучших хостов из всех, с кем мне доводилось общаться: она всегда была на связи, помогая решать любые вопросы, связанные с пребыванием. В этой поездке была доброжелательная, приятная атмосфера во всех смыслах, и я рад, что смог погостить в этом доме несколько дней ;) спасибо огромное!

The apartment is cery cozy and clean. I hope they change the kitchen utensils especialy the ladle and caserole. But everything is perfect, the location, the view from the apartment and the best thing also that there is a market available on the ground foor of the building. Thank you.

Мы с подругой остановились в квартире Максима на неделю и хотели бы выразить большую благодарность за чистоту, уют, приятный интерьер и функциональность квартиры. Нам было комфортно и отдыхать (тихо) и работать (быстрый бесперебойный интернет). Квартира находится в прекрасном районе, неподалеку, в пешей доступности, располагается Ботанический сад неописуемой красоты, всевозможные магазины, хорошие ресторанчики и кафе. Например, буквально в двух шагах располагается кафе Vivienne, где работают приятные ребята, которые вкусно варят кофе :) Мы ходили к ним завтракать, завтраки и десерты были прекрасны. Максим всегда на связи и готов помочь, если возникают вопросы. Всё было замечательно!

I had a wonderful stay at Venera’s apartment! She’s incredibly responsive and always happy to help. All instructions—from how to reach the apartment to using everything inside—were clear and well-documented. The apartment is cozy, stylish, and very well-equipped. It’s located right in the center, on the riverside, with secure gated access. The views are stunning—overlooking Almaty’s main sights like the mountains and the TV tower. The windows face east, so you wake up to the sunrise, with the peaceful sound of the river and birds outside. Truly a serene and scenic spot. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly return. Venera is a fantastic host!
