Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at Jaime’s apartment in Valencia! The place was very clean and spacious, perfect for our family. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool as we arrived a bit early in the season and it wasn’t open yet. However, the area where the apartment is located was ideal for children – quiet, safe, and very close to the beach! We honestly couldn’t find a single downside. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Jaime! We hope to stay at your place again next time we're in Valencia!

The house is perfectly located. Just a short walk from the beach, shops, and public transport. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need, and the air conditioning was a real blessing during the heat. Manuel was responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. I’d absolutely love to come back for another vacation! Muchas gracias!

The stay in this beautiful apartment was fantastic for us. If you have any questions, you will always be helped, the bathroom and the apartment were clean and without sand (despite the proximity to the beach). The view is great and the way to the sea is done in 2 minutes.

The hospitality of the hosts was flawless. He is very attentive and quick to answer the questions. The only observation if they go to this region go by car as it is very far away.

Impeccable and 100% functional apartment. Everything was very clean and the apartment is even better than in the photos. Eva was very helpful, let me check in early and responded quickly. The apartment has all the utensils and amenities available and everything was working very well. Excellent location! It would be back for sure!

The place is very nice and located directly at the beach. A huge thanks to David for letting us in the Appartement with much flexibility. As well thanks to Antonio for his proactive and very helpful communication ☺️☺️

Great host, very clean apartment! Maria responds quickly to questions. I was there with my two daughters, 7 and 9 years old. Good gastronomy is (mostly) within walking distance! There is no subway connection. The city can be reached by bus or, as we had, by car in 20 minutes. Large supermarket 1 km away. There are no souvenirs or other shopping options, but if you want that, you go to the city anyway. The beach is beautiful and never crowded. Almost everything is available in the apartment (parasol for the beach, beach towels, washing machine, etc.). Hand washing is required for the dishes, there is no dishwasher. However, dishwashing utensils are also provided. Upon entering the apartment for the first time, we immediately felt comfortable! We were thoroughly satisfied, would definitely come back anytime 🥰👍

My family really enjoyed a relaxing stay at Enrique's place! It is located steps away from the beach with stunning views, lots of rooms for everyone, clean, well-decorated, free parking, easy access to shopping and restaurants...Furthermore, Enrique is always quick to respond and very helpful. I will highly recommend!

We loved the fact that it was so close to a lovely promenade, had a couple of restaurants but the area was natural - not full of high rise buildings and souvenir shops. Delightful place to spend a few days.

John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.

Our weekend at Belén's place was 10/10. Although it was a little difficult for us to find the exact location, Belén was available at all times. The house has all the amenities you could ask for, plus there were details like toothbrushes or cooking oil. There is no air conditioning but the truth is that we did not need it since air comes in at night. In short, a great experience!

The house has every last detail. All kinds of kitchenware, the refrigerator cools quickly, full bathroom, sheets, towels, ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms, air conditioning in the living room, very good terrace. We're going, as if we were at home. The pool is very good as it gets the sun all day and the water is great, especially if you go with children. Marian and her son are attentive to any questions and recommend places. I recommend a pure Italian pizzeria called Mariotti (you have to make a reservation). We will be back😊.

Francisca’s apartment was lovely. We were sol relaxed there. So close to the beach, a pool in the summer and lots of food options in the nearby Puerto Sagunto. Also Hotel Chispa was nice for food and drinks nearby 😃

Ease of contact and flexibility when checking in. Generous in details both in the bathroom and the kitchen. They even left us an umbrella and chairs for the beach. The place is comfortable and close to the beach. In addition, the fan and air conditioning in the bedroom and living room are appreciated, although the latter was not necessary.

we stayed at Cristina's place which I can definitely say was amazing. She was a superb host with prompt communication. The place is still new, clean and very comfy. It's a couple of minutes walk to the beach from the flat and there are many restaurants and shops around. The balcony was fabulous where we had the chance to have a delicious dinner while enjoying sunset. Air condition was very good and 2 bathrooms were useful. The place also offers a safe lift if you have accessibility needs. Overall, we're happy that we chose this place and many thanks to Cristina for being an extraordinary host!

Had a very nice stay, however the music from the beach club was very audible until late into the night. With a good pair of earplugs, it's fine

100% recommended,we felt right at home,the truth is that the apartment is impeccable,very nice,located in a very quiet area,in this case Manu's mother contacted us,super attentive and kind,no doubt we will repeat again,we are very grateful 😊

Very nice place to stay. Rozana and Cristobal are wonderful hosts. However, there is no second bedroom but only an area for one person separated by curtains from the living-dining area. But that was OK for us. We felt comfortable and enjoyed the morning swimming in the sea. Accommodation is about 30 minutes from Valencia. The stalls of the local farmers on the way are also very great. Here we can buy freshly harvested fruits and vegetables. Very tasty. Thanks again Rozana and Cristobal. We'll be back!

We liked everything very much. The location, the apartment is comfortable, clean. The owner is sociable and responsive. I recommend it.

It's on the 5th floor, there's an elevator in the building. We went by car, so we used the cool garage too! Beautifully furnished accommodation with a large terrace! The terrace overlooks the beach. In the bedroom, there is a large wardrobe for clothes with a rail. The kitchen has dishes, utensils, etc. Recommend!

Impressive both kindness and the place. Juan was aware of everything throughout. Highly recommended.
