Delighted and we will stay there again with our eyes closed! Of the 4 different apartments we stayed in in Europe during this trip... this was a prize as it surprised us in every way... comfortable, clean, spacious, well decorated, everything worked wonderfully, even the coffee he left us was delicious. They also change the towels and clean... the host was also very dynamic and was attentive and accessible the whole time. Super close to the train station... and in a nice and clear area... not like it usually is near the central stations!

Daniel's accommodation was ideal for our 8-person group for a short ski holiday, which is why we booked it for the second time😊 Right on the slopes, with all the necessary furnishings, including 2 fondue caquelons for cozy evenings. The communication with Daniel was also great, he always responded quickly and was always able to help :)

Amazing place, it is exactly as stated We stayed 2 nights (family of 4) and took advantage of all that we available near by. You will enjoy it if you are active and use it as a base for adventures. Checking in was super easy, ski lifts and rental less than 100ft from your door

We had a great stay. The hotel is super neat and clean. We stay in the maisonette and it exceeded our expectations. A very spacious apartment with no less than 3 full bathrooms. Downstairs a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sitting area and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs a very spacious bedroom with another bathroom. The hotel is in a very nice place, stunning mountain views. Around the hotel is a spacious garden with swings and a ping pong table. Enough room for kids to play. In the hotel is a large playroom that children can use. We can only be positive, highly recommended.

Wow. Best view and most beautiful setting we have seen yet. We actually extended our stay and debated staying here instead continuing. Apartment was very spacious, excellent sleeping arrangements (2 king/4 twin in bunks) and the building itself is gorgeous. Breakfast was great and staff are excellent. We could have easily stayed a 2 weeks instead of 2 nights!

Just perfect. Stunning apartment, a real royal feeling. I have never seen such cleanliness anywhere before. The view and surroundings are breathtaking. Such a special and delicious breakfast! I wish I had the chance to visit there again in the future :)

The receptionists were helpful! I recommend the accommodation. The wellness department is well equipped and clean! We spent a day here in Atutraz, but we will return later.

Here to go skiing. Half an hour to Hochjoch valley station. 40 min to Grasjoch and Valisera valley station where we went most often to ski. Apartment is close to the highway and under a bakery that opens at 6.15. Check-in is very smooth. You will be given a code to the garage and code to the room. Checking out is nothing but leaving the room tidy and pulling the door closed behind you. We thought it was a nice place to stay.

Another great stay!! Love the location and everything about our stay here!! Would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

I'm going to start by saying that I've become quite picky as I get older. My accommodations have to super clean, quiet, and in a great location. I also tend towards fancy boutique-like inns, much to my dismay. Guess what! This is it and more. Ansitz Felsenheim is a family-owned inn where you get to know the family (Caroline, Benedict - you made our summer!) as well as the other guests. We hiked, explored and ate fabulous food cooked by Benedict. Make sure you sign up for breakfast as well as the weekly dinner. My daughter says it was her best dinner ever! In addition to incredible hiking just outside the back door, I sat outside with my book distracted by the most beautiful landscape - aka the Zugspitze which was constantly changing in colors. We spent several evenings enjoying the amazing Austrian spa downstairs in the inn! This place is fabulous. Don't look further. We can't to return - hopefully this winter for skiing. What a great AirBnb find!!!!!

Accommodation was really nice. Exactly as described. Check-in was very straightforward thanks to the lockbox. Ralf was super nice and also gave us some tips for shopping and excursions. A small suggestion for improvement on our part would be that you might be able to install screens at the accommodations.
