This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

Likewise, it is also a place of relaxation for a short trip to the countryside for couples or a vacation apartment for the whole family. Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

The 120 m² ground floor can accommodate up to 8 guests (incl. Towels and freshly made beds) and is ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxed environment. There are several small islands such as our reading nook or coffee bar. There is a small play area and sandbox for the children. The 700m2 garden offers plenty of space for sunbathing or a cozy evening by the campfire.
