Our villa in Calpe with 2 independent levels of which the ground floor (70 M2) is rented out to tourists (nothing is shared with others) is located on the mountainside of the Maryvilla District on a 910 m2 plot. It is situated along the idyllic coastline of Calpe with its famous rock “the Peňon Ifach” and close by its old city center (2,5-3 km.) with shops, restaurants, sandy beaches and boulevards. You will need a scooter or car to move around. The fully equipped kitchen is for self catering.

Sus muebles te invitan al relax.Construcción nueva y luminosa. Muy cerca de la famosa playa de Muchavista en la Costa Blanca española. Preciosa villa con espectacular piscina, jardín y casa acogedora. Ideal para disfrutar de los días de verano en familia o amigos. Playa a 300 metros (tan sólo a 3minutos a pie). Se ofrecen todo tipo de servicios (toallas, tanto de ducha como de playa, self service de agua fría y agua caliente, dulces, fruta, refrescos, aceite, vinagre, sal, pan leche, galletas, salados, botella de cava de bienvenida, hielo, zumos…) Se alquila por semanas (de sábado a sábado en los meses de julio y agosto).
