Die Wohnung hat einen offenen Grundriss, mit einer tollen Einbauküche (Induktion, Geschirrspüler, etc.) und ein schönes Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne. Dachterrasse (ca. 28 qm) mit zwei Sonnenliegen, einer Tischgruppe und toller Aussicht! Bitte beachten: Es gibt keine 3 separate Schlafmöglichkeiten. Bei drei Personen müssen zwei im Doppelbett zusammen übernachten. Das Sofa ist zum Schlafen ungeeignet.

Ortszentrum mit allen Geschäften, Bushaltestelle u. v. m. erreicht man in 2 Gehminuten, den Bahnhof mit Regional- und Eilzugstation in 10 Minuten. Zum bekannten Badesee geht man 20 Minuten

Unsere knapp 30 m² große Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße am Waldrand in Lorch Waldhausen. Die Räume sind teils komplett saniert (April 2025) siehe Bilder. Parkplätze sind am Straßenrand kostenlos verfügbar. Ideale Anbindung auch durch öffentlichen Nahverkehr z.B. (VVS) Stuttgart, Schorndorf oder auch nach Schwäbisch Gmünd in halbstündigen Takt. Die Region empfiehlt sich unter anderem auch zum Wandern oder Radfahren. Der geografische Remsmittelpunkt befindet sich im Ort.
