Please note: There are stairs to enter home and there may be noise from vehicles passing by as we are on a busy road. Our home is convenient to Combine Academy, the hospital, drivable to downtown & many wedding venues. It’s a mile to Hwy 321, 20 mins to I-85 & 20 mins to I-40.

Our little 1 bedroom, 650 sq ft cottage is 15 minutes from the Charlotte Int'l Airport, 20-25 minutes to downtown Charlotte, a few minutes to downtown Belmont, Belmont Abbey, and Mt Holly. With painted oak walls, pine ceilings, a gas log fireplace in the living room, and hand-built cabinetry in the small kitchen, the home has a cozy cabin feel. We provide a self-inflating queen air mattress with bedding if you have 3 or 4 people coming. There's a doggie door to a fully fenced back yard.

It's not uncommon to see fox, deer, turkeys and other wildlife out in the fields year round with whippoorwills and fireflies in the warmer months.
