Vacation rentals with beach access in Alex

Location of the apartment good, with the supermarket just right around the corner. I also liked that the apartment was only about 10mins walk towards the lake. The place was clean and lovely. I do suggest that one should bring a kitchen sponge and towel, so that you can clean the dishes. In addition, even though we were 4 adults, we only received 2 towels - not a big deal since we always bring our own towels just in case. As mentioned in other reviews, there are quite a lot of stairs to get into the apartment, and into bedrooms. The apartment was clean and bright and it was lovely staying in there. However, there was a security camera in the living room. The host assured me that the camera is not in operation and is only used as a safeguard for intruders. Well, I do believe it wasn’t switched on, but I can’t help but wonder if it was and it gave us a feeling as if we were being watched.

Can’t beat the view and the location

Vincent’s AirBnB was wonderful, exactly what we were looking for. He was clear about communicating instructions on how to find the apartment and get in, and very responsive overall. The apartment was everything we could have asked for. It’s centrally located in old town, close to the lake and the waterways, and highly walkable. The inside was very comfortable and well designed. As long as you don’t need an elevator, I cannot recommend this place enough. We’re so happy that we stayed here!

Great stay in Saint-Jorioz. Quiet and peaceful accommodation ideally located close to the lake and the beach. Very friendly and welcoming host. Always responsive to our questions. Possibility to park our bikes in a secure space. Really successful stay thank you for hosting us and your hospitality!

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

Lovely house in a quiet area of the lake, easy to travel into Annecy via bus although takes about 30-40 minutes. local swimming spots and restaurants were really nice. Anne was a very helpful and attentive host who helped us with any issues etc. throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again!

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

This is not the first time we have been there and it is still great, both the accommodation and the recommendations for activities. Armand is really a great host! Super friendly and available. Very well located accommodation (a few minutes walk to the lake) in a peaceful and easily accessible residential area. Everything was very clean, and the bedding really comfortable.

Claire and Benoit are extremely caring and available. The dishwasher was unfortunately out of order but that didn't bother us at all. To apologize, Claire and Benoit offered us a basket of local products, we appreciated this delicate attention. Despite the rain, we had a lovely stay. The accommodation allowed us to be quiet, and the hikes rejuvenated us. We recommend this beautiful place!

Excellent stay in Annecy! Very well-equipped studio with everything you need. The hosts were very nice and especially available! They were able to adapt to us, because we arrived late on the big day. Regarding the location of the apartment, we were right next to the city center and 5 minutes from the Annecy Animation Film Festival. In short 10/10 thank you again! 🥰

Adeline's home is beautiful. It is in a great location, close to shops and the lake. Adeline was very welcoming and friendly and we can't wait to return!

perfect location across the street from the lake

We had a wonderful stay at Claude and Michelle's. The kitchen was really well equipt and we enjoyed cooking and eating on the terrace at lunchtime when we needed to keep out of the sun 🌞. The apartment was extremely clean and was well laid out and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Lastly, the location was perfect for accessing the bike path, buses and the beach. As it is just off the market square, there was some noise in the mornings, but this wasn't too disruptive and was to be expected. Thank you again for having us 🙏😊

Franck and Anne-laure are very welcoming, caring. The apartment is super cool, a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Anne-Laure gave me the good addresses of restaurants and activities to do. The apartment is next to the lake, the small port. It feels good. You can see that the owners are careful. I will recommend these hosts.
