Joli studio neuf, dans un environnement calme. Très proche du lac. Piste cyclable à proximité. Ruisseau et cascade sur la propreté. Les voyageurs disposent de tout l'appartement entier, ainsi qu'une grande terrasse vue lac. Ils auront également la possibilité de ranger (vélos et/ou skis, etc...) dans notre atelier prévu à cet effet. Situé à 200 mètres du célèbre lac d'Annecy, l'appartement offre un point de vue idéal pour le contempler à différents moments de la journée ou au fil des saisons. La ville d'Annecy et ses commodités ne sont qu'à quelques minutes en voiture.

Il est idéalement situé entre lac d'Annecy (6 min) et les stations de ski du Grand bornand, La Clusaz (20 min) Au départ de nombreuses randonnées pédestres, cyclistes et à deux pas de sites renommés de parapente, Alex est un charmant village.
