Beachfront 4-bedroom 2-bath Cottage on Lake Huron

This is year 3 for us and we will sign up for year 4. We started this vacation for our golden retrievers and a beach. Dans place is so beautiful with this AMAZING beach front. But then you get this view from this patio in this yard that tension and stress just dissolves. Dan is super friendly and helpful and reliable. See you next year.
A compact bathroom is presented, featuring a white toilet positioned next to a roll of toilet paper mounted on the wall. A small wastebasket sits nearby, and a dark rug covers the floor, adding comfort to the space.

Miss Jean

We love this little stop on our way up North! Waynette is always responsive and helpful- even saves donuts for us to purchase for our girls who love them since we usually land long after they would be sold out. Thank you as always!
A wooden deck is furnished with a glass-top table and four green chairs, surrounded by trees. In the background, a soft sunset casts vibrant colors across the sky, while a fire pit is visible on the ground nearby, adding to the tranquil outdoor setting.

Beautiful lakefront cottage with fireplace, views

LisaRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Cozy place on the lake. Beautiful sunsets even in the winter. Loved the fireplace, kept it nice and toasty on cold days. Kitchen very well stocked with supplies. Loved working on one of the puzzles, on a cold Saturday afternoon. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Nice and relaxing!! Sarah was very good at communicating any specifics with us. Would definitely come back, I bet summer would be fantastic!
The sandy shoreline of Lake Huron extends into the distance, bordered by gently rolling waves. Several lounge chairs are positioned on the beach, inviting relaxation under the clear blue sky. A few trees are visible along the edge of the beach, adding natural greenery.

Z’s Sunrise Cottage

We had a great stay at this property. The house has been completely updated inside and out so everything is new and very clean. Nice sandy beach and this section of the lake is also all sand with shallow entry which is great for swimming with kids. You can walk for miles on the sandy beach if you wanted. We rented a slip at the Harrisville Marina for our boat and would anchor in front of the house during the day and do side trips like tubing or swimming over the sunken ships. About a 6 min boat ride to the house and less than 10 min by car which was great. Light house is a short walk away and good place to look for Petoskey stones. Host was very friendly and accommodating. She left a gift basket with treats for the kids and adults as well as some fresh veggies from her garden. Neighbors were also friendly that we met and it's a nice quiet street.

The little guest cottage was so perfect for our stay. The check in was super easy even though it was right near a us highway the vehicles pass by weren’t very bothersome at all.
A sunlit deck features comfortable seating arrangements with soft cushions and a low coffee table. A large umbrella stands nearby, providing shade. The view overlooks Lake Huron, with calm waters and trees in the background, creating a serene outdoor space.

Hideaway Beach

LauraRating, 5 stars10 months ago
This place was even better than the pictures! The beach was only a few feet from the house, which made the stay very convenient with young kids. They also provided lots of things to do on the beach (beach toys, kayaks, etc). The place had everything you needed and was very clean! Steven was quick to respond and provided all the information we needed to know. The view of the water from the porch was beautiful. This will be an annual place to stay for our family! Highly recommend!
