Vacation rentals with beach access in Alcavaneras

Meine Mutter und ich haben fünf tolle Tage in Antonios Apartment verbracht. Schon vor der Anreise hat er uns viele hilfreiche Infos zur Umgebung gegeben. Der von ihm angebotene Flughafentransfer hat super geklappt – er war pünktlich und freundlich. Das Apartment ist sauber, gut ausgestattet (Handtücher, Duschgel, Wasser etc.) und wir wurden mit einem liebevollen Lunchpaket überrascht. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, die Lage zentral und der Ausblick beim Frühstück Richtung Strand traumhaft. Besonders positiv: Antonio war immer erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns sogar mit einem Parkplatz für meinen Bruder geholfen. Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock, aber bequem mit dem Aufzug erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft und Antonio als Gastgeber absolut empfehlen!

¡Gregorio fue increíble! Nos ayudó muchísimo con el check-in y se aseguró de que todo saliera perfecto. El lugar es fantástico, justo al lado de la playa y con restaurantes y supermercados cerca. ¡Lo recomendamos al 100%!

El apartamento es tal y como muestran las fotos. Estaba muy limpio y completamente nuevo. En pleno centro con todos los servicios a mano. Tener parking fue un +1 completamente, el aparcamiento en la zona es bastante complicado. Álvaro es super amable, nos avisó de que el apartamento estaba antes listo por si queríamos adelantar la entrada y me permitió salir más tarde debido a un par de asuntos de trabajo. Sin duda lo recomiendo 100%. Si necesitas cualquier cosa, responde al momento! Un 10 y mi estancia cada vez que vuelva por las palmas!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön und genau so, wie beschrieben. Die Küche war wirklich gut ausgestattet und alle Utensilien von sehr guter Qualität. Unser Highlight war die große Dachterrasse ,sowie der Aufzug, der direkt ins Wohnzimmer führte. Ignazio war ein ausgesprochen guter Gastgeber, der schnell antwortete und sehr hilfsbereit war. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

El apartamento coincidía perfectamente con lo anunciado: limpio, cómodo y bien equipado. La atención por parte del anfitrión fue excelente, siempre disponible y atento. La ubicación es muy conveniente, con supermercados cerca y la playa a pocos minutos caminando. Muy recomendable.

We had a great stay at this apartment! It had everything we needed and was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was super convenient—just steps from the beach and easily walkable to great places to eat. Mercedes and Pablo were very responsive and provided clear instructions, as well as great recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the local area. Their tips really helped us make the most of our stay! A couple of tips for future guests: if you’re renting a car, go as small as possible—the roads and parking can be tight! Also, there’s no air conditioning, but between the fan and open windows, we were perfectly comfortable even on warm days. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. 😊

Es war alles super. Die Lage perfekt! Die Ausstattung sehr durchdacht. Noch nie hatten wir eine so liebevoll und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Alles neu und sehr sauber, fürs Baby eine große Ausstattung. Alles sehr gepflegt. Der Ausblick spricht Bände… wir kommen sicherlich wieder! 😊

Such an amazing Airbb, location was incredible and was fully equipped with everything you can possibly need and much more! The view was breathtaking, I’ve stay in many Airbb all over the world and I can say this is one of the best ones of far!

Tout était parfait, le logement, la propreté, l’endroit isolé pour un ressourcement complet, le tortilla espagnol à notre arrivée était délicieux. L’hôte était sympathique. Je recommande ce Airbnb 😊

I had a wonderful stay at Sol’s place! She was incredibly responsible and responsive. The space was super clean, just like in the photos, and exactly as described. Getting in was easy, thanks to her clear and detailed instructions. Overall, Sol made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend staying here!

Adriana was a great host , very friendly and helpful . The house was super clean and very well equipped. Adriana had also kindly left us olive oil, water and some snacks which was lovely of her ! The accommodation was very well located if you want to be in the harbour. It has a lovely balcony that overlooks a small pebble beach, the mountains and where the ferry comes in. It was great to arrive here as we only got in at about 9pm so it was perfect for going to restaurants. It is also a short walk from the kwikspar and the Las Salinas natural pools so very convenient, and its not noisy at all. I did however find that is was a bit too urban for me. It is very built up in that area and is surrounded by restaurants. Las Nieves is very small and does not have many shops. Also, just be aware the there is only one bedroom. There is a wooden screen that you have to pull across to divide the room and the second bed is a pullout sofa bed. Thank you for our stay and I am sure you will enjoy !

Hôte très agréable et réactif. A l'écoute des nos remarques. Appartement très bien situé avec une superbe vue et de beaux couchers de soleil. Quand ciel dégagé vue sur le TEIDE. Appartement très agréable et spacieux avec une belle terrasse ou passer les débuts de soirées et fin de soirées trés agréables.

Wir waren das dritte Mal bei Virginia. Es war wie immer Traumhaft. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer, man hört das Rauschen der Wellen wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt. Man hat die Möglichkeit in der Sonne oder im Schatten seine Zeit zu genießen, es ist für alles gesorgt. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch die Restaurant Empfehlungen von Virginia waren ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Wir würden immer wieder kommen, das kleine Paradis von Virginia ist wirklich Bezaubernd. Virgini ist auch eine sehr nette Gastgeberin die bei Fragen und Anliegen auch schnell antwortet.

Il soggiorno da Maria José è stato ottimo. Lei è stata precisa e disponibile in tutto, molto apprezzato anche il parcheggio privato disponibile a pochi metri dalla struttura.

eine wahrhaftig perfekte unterkunft. sehr grosses haus mit grosser terasse, mit allem ausgestattet, 2! badezimmer, ruhige umgebung, nicht weit ins zentrum - auch mit den öffentlichen verkehrsmittel, sichere nachbarschaft, tolle lage, auch supermarkt-bäckerei-restaurant und cafes in gehweite, sehr herzliche gastgeber, traumhafte aussicht. alles war noch besser als erwartet, wir hatten einen wundervollen entspannten urlaub und diese unterkunft hat dazu beigetragen diese insel einfach nur zu geniessen! danke für ihre gastfreundschaft.

We had a great week’s stay at Ana’s Airbnb. It was exactly as described and had everything you could need and more, from beach chairs to sandwich makers. It was incredibly well equipped. Ana was very helpful and responsive, and left some nice recommendations including local restaurants. The location next to the beach was fantastic too. However, it should be noted that it is very noisy at night even for deep sleepers, so do take that into account. The doors to the balcony have single glazing and it faces a noisy street, partially due to the location next to the beach (lots of people around at night even in March) and partially because of the garbage bins (including glass) outside which are used by nearby restaurant staff even at 1am. The hallway of the building is also very noisy and you can hear anyone on the stairs/elevator as well as the neighbours. Overall, the Airbnb is immaculate and provides everything you need, but do keep that in mind if you don’t want noise.

Great place in good location with responsive and friendly host.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und man hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Die Anlage und der Ausblick waren wunderschön und größtenteils wirklich sehr ruhig. Es entsprach alles den Bildern. Die Kommunikation war super unkompliziert und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben immer gut einen Parkplatz gefunden.

Wir haben drei Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht. Vormittags haben wir remote gearbeitet. Das Internet war sehr stabil und der Ausblick beim Arbeiten war ein Traum. Die Wohnsiedlung liegt etwas abgeschieden, daher ist es sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen kleinen Badebereich zwischen den Felsen. Ralf war super gut zu erreichen und konnte immer weiterhelfen, ein toller Host!

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, sauber und die Terrasse unglaublich! Abends hier mit einem Bierchen zu sitzen und auf das Meer zu schauen war toll! Die Betten waren sehr bequem und zum kochen war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten :) die Gegend ist landschaftlich sehr schön, leider ist fußläufig wenig zu erreichen und für Restaurants, Cafés und Supermärkte muss man ein Auto haben. Wer also nach Entspannung und keinen Touristenmassen sucht ist hier richtig. Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Woche in der schönen Unterkunft von Orlando! Er war sehr nett und die Kommunikation ausgezeichnet!

Das Apartment und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Wir haben uns gleich nach der Ankunft rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war ruhig und dennoch ist man in wenigen Minuten an der Bushaltestelle oder beim Taxi. Es gibt einen großen Pool sowie direkten Strandzugang. Bei unserer Ankunft standen gekühlte Getränke und Snacks für uns bereit. Die Kommunikation vorab und auch während des Aufenthaltes war unkompliziert und Monica antwortete schnell auf meine Nachrichten. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Помешкання Хесуса розташоване в чудовому районі. Близькість до пляжу, чудові місця для відпочинку в пішій доступності, роблять його ідеальним для подорожей. В оселі було все необхідне для комфортного проживання, від кухонного обладнання, посуду до пляжних рушників. Рекомендую це помешкання і буду рада, якщо виникне нагода ще скористатися.

Espaço incrivel. A cozinha tem exatamente tudo que voce precisa. Temperos, chas, azeite, tudo! Tudo que nós, viajantes, costumamos gastar tempo e dinheiro comprando, para poder fazer uma refeição caseira? Nao neste airbnb, pois o espaço fornece tudo que voce precisa. Até amaciante de roupa! Fiquei uma semana com meu namorado, trabalhamos remoto e tambem passeamos. Extremamente bem localizado, perto de 2 mercados, e super perto da orla. Local extremamente limpo, a cozinha é mesmo impecavel.
