Amplia i acollidora casa adossada de dues plantes i garatge soterrani privat. Molt ben situada, a dos minuts a peu de la primera platja i del passeig d'Empúries i a cinc del casc antic de l'Escala. Us encantarà estar en una zona tranquila,però a la vegada molt a prop de tot. De platges, de l'inici de rutes senderistes, dels supermercats, dels bars i restaurants.
