Characteristic hut located in a high mountain pasture (7 huts)at 1000 meters above sea level. Reachable only on foot in 40 minutes from the village of Miazzina (VB) by an easy path.Allows to enjoy the wild atmosphere of the nearby Val Grande Park and offers an outstanding view over Lake Maggiore.The hut is equipped with a wood boiler providing hot water and with a solar panel producing electricity for lighting and charging electronic devices. In July and August we prefer to have 3 guest or more.

Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

Appartamento "Casa Libe"

L'appartamento è situato in posizione centrale rispetto ai principali servizi del paese, raggiungibili tutti a piedi in pochi minuti: ristoranti, bar, supermercato, tabaccheria/edicola, posta, banca, farmacia e un bellissimo parcogiochi. In meno di mezz'ora in auto oppure in bus (la fermata è sulla strada di fronte all'appartamento) si raggiungono le splendide località del Lago Maggiore e del Lago d'Orta. L'incantevole paese di Mergozzo affacciato sull'omonimo lago è a 10 minuti.

Casa di sasso nel verde

La casa è immersa nella natura, raggiungibile solo a piedi a 300 metri dal parcheggio, ma molto vicina al lago e al borgo che offre arte e cultura, splendide viste panoramiche, ristoranti e spiaggia. Ti piacerà per la tranquillità e la vastità degli spazi, i panorami verso il lago e le montagne, l'intimità, il soffitto a vista, la comodità, l'ampio prato intorno. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e famiglie con bambini.

The cozy house with pool in the center Mergozzo

The house consists of three floors. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms, two beds in each, and one bathroom with a shower. On the middle floor there is one large bedroom with two beds. (It is possible to put an extra bed). On the top floor there is a small bedroom with one bed and and separate bathroom. Also on the middle floor there is a kitchen equipped with all necessary for cooking.

"Vecchia Stazione" Accogliente essenzialità

Luminoso, grande appartamento al 1° piano di casa originale di inizio ‘900. A 1 minuto a piedi dalla stazione ed 5 minuti dal lago, piazza principale e centro storico. Appena rinnovato con nuovi serramenti acustici, nuovi impianti, nuova cucina e bagno nuovo in marmo. Ampio soggiorno, spaziosa cucina con zona pranzo, 2 camere letto, bagno con doccia - balcone. NO Aria condizionata.
