Die vollständige Kernsanierung 2022 zeigt die ca. 70qm gr. Wohnung in modernem Glanz. Durch den separaten Eingang gelangt man in den gr. Wohn- und Essbereich (+neuem Schlafsofa) mit neuer Küche. Durch die offene Raumgestaltung grenzt der Flur am Wohnbereich an und man gelangt in das moderne Bad und 2 Schlafzimmer. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms and a large living, dining and kitchen area. The apartment has its own balcony as well as a beautiful view from the skylight.
