One can offer live music, to invited friends, but has to know to play the piano for that. In the night, turning off all the lights, one can experience star watching, like in no other place, due to transparency of the air.

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus mit direkter Lage am Strand. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt, was man bedenken sollte, wenn man nicht im Hochsommer dort Urlaub machen möchte. Der Strand war direkt vor der Haustür und das Meeresrauschen durch die Fenster zu hören. Einige Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wenn man mit kleinen Kindern reist, muss man etwas aufpassen, da die Treppen keine Geländer haben. Wir waren Anfang April dort und das Nachbarhaus neben dem Pool ist aktuell eine Baustelle, deshalb gab es tagsüber etwas Lärm. Das Haus verfügt über Außenmöbel für den Poolbereich und für die Dachterrasse. Der Check-in war einfach und der Gastgeber immer gut erreichbar und bei Problemen hat er sich schnell um Hilfe gekümmert.

Fantastische locatie, prettige communicatie met Gasper. Goed huisje, met kleine maar heerlijke douche. Kleine keuken, maaltijden maken waarschijnlijk een beetje lastig, maar met veel goede en goedkope restaurants in de buurt, hebben wij dat niet gedaan. Er is geen tuin, maar een gezamenlijke binnenplaats. Je kunt gebruik maken van een parkeerplaats bij het huis. Wij vonden deze echter zó krap en risicovol dat wij betaald ( €3,- per 24 uur) hebben geparkeerd bij de kerk op 200 meter. Tip: Fisi Restaurant om de hoek op Bulevardi Skënderbeu.

Unser Aufenthalt im Air Bnb war einfach großartig – von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute. Die Unterkunft selbst war gemütlich, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die wundervolle Aussicht: Egal ob am Morgen beim Kaffee oder abends beim Sonnenuntergang – der Blick war jedes Mal aufs Neue atemberaubend und hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht. Ein großes Lob möchten wir auch der Gastgeberin aussprechen. Sie war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer zur Stelle, wenn wir Fragen oder Wünsche hatten. Man hat sofort gemerkt, dass ihr das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, und wir haben uns auf Anhieb gut verstanden. Es war fast so, als würde man bei Freunden wohnen – eine wirklich schöne Erfahrung. Durch diese tolle Zeit haben wir nicht nur die Unterkunft, sondern auch Albanien in unser Herz geschlossen. Vielen Lieben Dank!❤️

Egnisa's place is very well located and well maintained, with an amazing view of the beach, right in the centre of the beautiful part of Durres beach. She was proactive in sharing the check in details ahead of time and making the check in process very smooth, even though we had a late midnight check in due to last minute flight delays. There are plenty of options to eat around and the beach is right in front of you. Thank you for hosting us!

We hadden een heerlijk verblijf en hebben volop genoten van het zwembad (het zwembad is groter dan het op de foto’s lijkt). Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien: genoeg handdoeken, een oven en vaatwasser en een grote koel/vries combinatie. Via het pad achter het huis loop je binnen een paar minuten naar de boulevard en het strand.

We zijn zeer tevreden over ons verblijf hier. Wij wilde onverwachts toch nog gebruik maken van fietsen en dit werd vlot en vriendelijk opgepakt. Alles was eventueel op loopafstand. Wel druk om met de auto die kant op te komen.

View from balcony is great, and it is spacious. We had breakfast there easily and fit all four around same table. Apartment is suitable for four person generally. We use pool and it was very quiet and feels like you had it in personal use only. Price is 9€ per person. Area is nice, but a little bit turistic and we get bad service or overcharging some restaurants, witch is not apartment fault. Roland apartment was excellent choise and We can recommend it!

What a beautiful view from the big terrace – we enjoyed the most amazing sunsets there!!!! We really enjoyed staying in Eno's super comfortable flat, close to beach and restaurants but still really peaceful. And the apartment is really well equipped – the kitchen has everything you need (not so in many other places we've stayed)! Eno was super helpful and always replied quickly. We wholeheartedly recommend Eno's place!

Супер - Собственная парковка - чёткие инструкции по самостоятельному заселению Что не понравилось - район шумный. Я это не учёл. Но при закрытых окнах тихо ! - в спальне нет штор затемнения. В итоге в 6:20 вас будет будить солнце в глаза и неважно что вам спать хочется)) В целом это хорошая квартира, стоит своих денег. Просто выбирайте под ваши цели ))
