The whole house was super clean, very well located and with a great view ! You're next to the center and you don't need a car to get around !

We stayed in this lovely apartment near the port in Chios with four girl friends. We were very happy with the place—it was quite spacious and had all kinds of equipment. All the essentials like coffee, detergent, shampoo, and toilet paper were provided. The rooms were large and spotlessly clean, and you could always see the sea from the balcony. It was also very centrally located, making it easy to walk everywhere. Additionally, the host was always quick to communicate with us. We definitely recommend this apartment to everyone..

The space was nice with a large bedroom and large balcony facing the sea. At first it was difficult to find the driveway not realizing it was off the main road. Parking on property was very convenient but would be easier if there were assigned spots. Would stay there again.

Stefanos took great care of us from the moment we arrived here, and my wife and daughter had problems at customs, Stefanos helped them, I would like to thank him very much for this, we had a very nice holiday thanks to him, the house was magnificent, the view, the interior of the house, everything was perfect, if we come to Chios again, our choice will be Stefanos' apartment, he is a very friendly, caring, warm person, we thank him again

We were looking for a peaceful location close to the sea and this place delivered exactly what we want. Waking up to the sound of waves and having a garden and beach right in front of our room truly made us feel like we were in a summer home. Avrakomi was very attentive and we felt right at home throughout our stay. Thank you for everything!

The house is a very nice apartment. New, clean. Beautifully designed. Useful. Laundry machine, air conditioning, everything was there. Easy to enter and exit. Very close to the market and the beach in Sığacık Kale. The house is clean and tidy. It was a nice stay and holiday. I'd like to stay again

We stayed at Niko's house for 4 days. Niko is really friendly, helped us with everything, responded to our messages very quickly. He helped us with renting a car, and thanks to him, we rented a car very cheaply. The house is as seen in the photos and very clean, the kitchen has the necessary items. The towels and bed were spotless. Thank you so much for everything.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Maria’s place in Chios. The location was perfect, quiet, scenic, and close to the beach and the town. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Maria and Niko were fantastic hosts, welcoming, responsive, and always ready to help with local tips. Great place to stay! Especially the pool, amenities and location!

This should be the first choice for those who want a quiet, calm and peaceful getaway. Amazing house, what more could the perfect location be… I think the disappointment of those who expect hotel facilities is meaningless, what is presented clearly enough… The host is very caring and open to communication, we have never had any problems, but it is solution-oriented... Some of the details of the house require maintenance (as the shower head should change), yes, this is a fact, but they do not stand out next to the view… Since we went in March, we did not have a fly problem, but we had a hard time heating the bathroom, so we need to find a solution... In summary, it was a terrific experience, the worst part was that it left! Note: the cats are the real host:)

Despina was an amazing host. We checked in at 11pm at night because of a late flight and she was there to greet us which was so accommodating. They clean daily - so if you’re not interested in having someone come by then kindly ask them to forgo at check in. The airbnb is on a steep hill (which is classic for Greece) so did not bother me as I’ve been to Greece a lot. Just be aware if you are driving a car to make sure you’re comfortable with that. It was so nice having the beach and pool so close! Also have masticha trees on the route to the airbnb which was a treat. Nice clean space. The one bedroom downstairs does not have AC but the other two rooms do. Lots of space and it was great having bathrooms which tubs since we had an infant and did baths there. A rare find in Greece!

So peaceful and such a lovely special place, would highly recommend! You could not ask for a better location, just perfect, right by the beach and you can wake up and go for a swim straightaway. The view of the house is really nice, since there were no guests next door, we were able to use the garden as a private area for us. It was difficult for us to swim in the sea from the garden, but even watching the view from there is a great thing... The house is very close to the center and there is no parking problem. Since we didn't cook, I can't inform about the kitchen shortcomings, but it seemed ideal for two people. Despoina was caring and friendly and answered every question we had. It was also a very polite move to allow flexibility at checkout time. I'll stay at the same place if I go again

We stayed at Ferdi's place for a week and had a super nice time. Various beaches, restaurants and convenience stores can be reached quickly. With the Dolmus, other places (such as Alacati, Cesme city) are also easily accessible. Glad to come back!

This apartment is both amazingly located and beautifully appointed. Xanthippi is an amazing host, providing just the right level of being available without being too much. VERY clear instructions for check in and check out, and she provides great guides on the island in a book in the apartment. Will 100% stay again the next time I come to Chios!

Vasiliki is very responsive and gives good advice. The apartment matches the photos and the sea view is beautiful. Excellent bedding. Apartment ideally located for discovering this incredible region dedicated to mastic resin. Restaurant advice 5 min walk: "Karagiorgis Giorgos", very good, hearty, good price... and friendly owner. This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

We were greeted by Mrs. Rena without any problem even though we were late to arrive. The property is in a quiet location and has a beautiful view to the sea. It fully responds to the photos and has all the basics one needs in a room for a short vacation. We were satisfied and recommend it!
