Vacation rentals with beach access in Alacantí

Had a wonderful stay at Jose apartment, great location, particularly for the old town, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. We stayed at the apartment for four weeks and had planned to visit the Mercado to shop, which is 5 minutes away and cook the majority of meals. However, we found a few local tapas bars and ended up only cooking 5 meals during the whole period, there are some real gems if you look. We are planning forward to return before Christmas. Jose is a top host too, very responsive and helpful. Enjoy his apartment and Alicante!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly responsive and always quick to reply to any questions I had—before and during my stay. He was very accessible and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Throughout the entire process, he was polite, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful, which made us feel welcomed and at ease. I truly appreciated the clear communication and the extra effort he put in to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place and would definitely book again!

¡El ático de Maite es sencillamente un paraíso en la tierra! Impecablemente limpio, exquisitamente decorado y equipado con absolutamente todo lo que puedas imaginar para una estancia de lujo total. Desde el primer momento, Maite y Manuel nos brindaron una atención inigualable, cálida y desbordante de generosidad. Nos recibieron como reyes, con detalles sorprendentes que jamás olvidaré: bombones, vinos, y una hospitalidad fuera de este mundo. Cuando mi esposa enfermó, Maite se convirtió en nuestro ángel guardián, acompañándonos al hospital, esperando con infinita paciencia y asegurándose de que todo estuviera perfecto. Manuel fue un apoyo constante, llevándonos con una amabilidad desbordante a El Campello y luego al aeropuerto. La relación calidad-precio es una auténtica ganga para lo que ofrecen. Es imposible encontrar algo que mejore esta experiencia porque todo fue absolutamente perfecto, desde las vistas de ensueño hasta la tranquilidad sublime. Un oasis absolutamente perfecto.

We had a very pleasant stay at Antique. The apartment was clean and just as described. We loved the cutest little balcony and the location was excellent. Nothing to complain about! Would definitely stay there again. Thank you Andy!

The apartment in El Campello is modern, light and very well equipped. Whilst it felt like an expanded studio, it was well laid out, had all the perfect design cues and super functional. The hosts provided a beach umbrella and a car parking space that was underground in an electric gated parking area. Access to the beach is a short walk under the tram line, right onto the board walk. The closest supermarket is a short 6-7 minutes walk and well stocked. It really felt like we were in a hotel, especially with the infinity pool and gym. The hosts were responsive and helpful too. The view from the bed of the sea is priceless! A strong recommend.

A estadia foi ótima! É muito fácil e ágil a comunicação com Rocío. A localização é excelente, bem no ponto mais vivo do Casco Antigo de Alicante. É próximo da praia e tem todas as comodidades necessárias.

Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem (sogar mit Sonnenschirm und Badetasche) ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Deckenventilator und die Klimaanlage waren bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen echte Lifesaver. Die Lage ist ideal: mitten im lebendigen Viertel mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés (Persönlicher Tipp: La Mustache im Swallow trinken) direkt ums Eck – perfekt, wenn man gerne mittendrin ist. Man hört das bunte Treiben in den Gassen durchaus, aber genau das macht den besonderen Charme der Umgebung aus. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Iris und ihre Mama! Ihre Herzlichkeit, die vielen tollen Tipps und ihre schnelle Erreichbarkeit haben den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und überlege, nochmal zu kommen!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Maria qui était plus que réactive et accueillante. l'appartement est dans un emplacement proche de tout à pieds plage, centre ville et de tous les centres d'intérêt. nous recommandons très vivement.

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

Calm, clean ja cozy apartment for family holiday (2 adults and 2 children)😊 + pool area with shower and sunbeds+umbrellas + good beds + excellent air-con + well equipped kitchen, dishwasher + great wi-fi + small shop and tram stop quite near Stein answered all questions quickly and everything went well, thank you.

¡Hemos pasado un fin de semana increible! La casa es perfecta y tiene de todo, además, con la piscina y la barbacoa no te hace falta ni salir de allí. Ideal para pasar unos dias con amigos. Adela es estupenda, muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar. Su marido, Manolo, también se ha portado genial con nosotros. Sin duda, vale la pena!! Gracias por todo

If there’s a better view of the Mediterranean in Altea, I can’t imagine it. You have a 180 degree panorama of the town and the water. The villa has plenty of character and the grounds are a myriad of plants and trees. One very minor issue was resolved immediately. I would recommend Christine’s place for anyone who enjoys peaceful solitude that is minutes away from shopping, restaurants and the beach.

Ons 2e keer verblijf bij pepe was weer uitstekend. We hebben erg genoten de plek is perfect. Alles is heel schoon en netjes. Ik zou het zeker aanraden. De 2e dag ging de fohn kapot en dit werd de zelfde dag nog netjes opgelost we kregen meteen een nieuwe fohn. Er stonden bij aankomst 2 koude biertjes klaar wat ook erg fijn was want kwamen om 1:30 snachts aan. Pepe en meerdere, Ontzettend bedankt weer.

O Sr.Manuel foi muito prestativo e compreensivo desde o início. O alojamento correspondeu às nossas expectativas. O que tornou a nossa estadia mais agradável foi a amabilidade dos proprietários, com ajuda em todas as nossas questões sobre a área envolvente e como podíamos deslocar naquela zona. Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.

Posizione perfetta! Spazi ambi e abbastanza puliti. Hagen ed Elizabet sono molto cordiali e simpatici.

L’appartamento è situato in centro quindi posizione è perfetta. Salone e terrazzo spaziosi e comodi,cucina ben attrezzata. Camera da letto un po’ angusta (soprattutto col caldo) ma si risolve con ventilatori e aria condizionata. Anna e Andrea sono delle ottime host. Punto forte sicuramente la posizione,la consiglio

There was everything you need to have comfortable rest at the seaside. The host was communicative, friendly and helpful. Rosi gave a piece of advice where we can eat delicious and not expensive , she gave instructions how to get to her apartment, making the whole experience easier. Boendet var väldigt bra och Miriam var mycket hjälpsam både före och under vår vistelse. Boendet var väldigt fint och hade allt man behövde. Stranden utanför lägenheten är toppen och det fanns många bra restauranger nära. Stort plus med padelbana och pool på boendet. Jag hade verkligen rekommenderat detta boende!

Wir haben hier zu zweit eine Woche verbracht. Und würden wieder kommen. Die Lage ist super zentral. Alles in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Und Teresa ist sehr nett, es gab einen persönlichen Check in.
