House and property was very enjoyable for a large group. Very peaceful location with great amenities such as fishing, pool, and pickleball court. The owners were extremely polite and very helpful with anything we needed. I highly recommend this Airbnb and will be back in the future.

Close to the airport and close to the restaurants and bars around. From the moment I walked in, I knew I made the right decision on staying here. The private balcony was a nice bonus.

This place was amazing!! It surpassed what we expected and it was just what we needed after spending over 10 hours on the road with 4 toddlers. The playground and all the things to do out back was AWESOME! It was so nice to have them run around and play right before getting on the road again. Would have loved to stay here longer! The inside was immaculate as well and beds were very comfortable and the entire house was spotless. Thank you Fidel Alberto for making us feel right at home!

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely adorable and had so much for us to do—we never ran out of ways to relax and have fun. Everything was spotless and so well taken care of. The hosts were fantastic—so kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, fun, and welcoming getaway! 10/10 recommend! The town about (20 minutes) away is also SO friendly! They have the cutest little coffee shop that is so yummy! We were so happy to stay somewhere where there are sweet people & so many fun things to do.

Taajah was a wonderful host with a beautiful home. It was very clean, comfortable and was perfect for what we needed! Very peaceful neighborhood! We stayed a full week for baseball. We were able to enjoy the pool, cook dinner ourselves and we were very close to shopping. Taajah’s instructions and descriptions were very clear and easy to understand. Highly recommend booking with Taajah if you are staying in the Hoover area!

I can't say enough great things about Phillip's lake house! My family, husband and two sons in their early 20's, absolutely loved every aspect of the place! The house looks just like the pictures, beautiful and comfortable. We felt right at home. The kitchen was gorgeous and modern, loved the Keurig and thanks for some pods! Same with dishwasher. Bathrooms were beautiful. Enough towels for everyone. Beds were comfy and large. The boys enjoyed the downstairs entertainment room and we all enjoyed air hockey and pool and basketball in the rec room. The lake was so peaceful and calming. We all loved sitting out on the huge deck and also on the huge lawn. So conducive to reading a good book! Smart TVs were great too. Phillip was SO responsive to my questions, thank you Phillip! Enjoyed exploring Birmingham and Leeds-the Buc Ees was awesome! Oxford and Pell City and Talladega were all fun to explore too. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Even my picky boys loved it!

Outstanding house and location for access to Hoover Met. The house comfortably fit 2 families with kids and gave everyone their own space. The large kitchen made meal prep so easy. The backyard was fantastic for downtime, plenty for the kids to play with and large enough for them to run around, very quiet neighborhood and Heather was a fantastic host, flexible for check in and responsive for any questions. Highly recommend this house and host.

Bert’s place is a rare find - right on the water with a private dock, huge lot with nobody close by, affordable, clean, AND pet friendly! My wife and I along with our two dogs really enjoyed our stay. The front porch and dock were super peaceful, the kayaks were great, and the house itself had everything we needed for a long weekend. We’re already planning our next trip back.

The home was wonderful! The location was perfect for attending the SEC tournament in Hoover. Close to retail and grocery stores. Felt very safe in the neighborhood.

Overall, we had a positive experience. The home itself was very comfortable—each bedroom we used had its own bathroom, which was a great convenience. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we would have needed had we chosen to cook. The location felt safe, in a small town setting that’s close to stores, restaurants, and other conveniences. There’s a fantastic little restaurant within walking distance called Tin Top that we highly recommend. Do note that the property is next to a well-traveled road, so vehicle noise was noticeable at times. We used white noise to sleep, which worked well for us, but light sleepers may want to come prepared. We had a minor issue at the start of our stay, but the host was very prompt, professional, and eager to provide a resolution, which we truly appreciated. Great location with plenty of room for my family. House was well maintained and stocked with all the extras (blankets, towels, pillows, air matress). Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. We did get to see several of the wild turkeys which the kids though were pretty cool.

House was exactly what was in the pictures. It really is a beautiful home in a neighborhood that used to be a historical district that went through tough times and is being rebuilt now. Shelly was a fantastic host and was super friendly and answered all my questions. Very close to downtown which is super convenient as well.

Wendy’s place was great. Location was perfect for us. Close to restaurants and interstate which was a plus. We were staying with our son for a tournament at Hoover Met and it was very convenient and about 15 minutes away which was awesome for us. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

This location was very peaceful and clean. It would be a really great place for a large group, especially if you had children with you. Gary communicated very well with us. We encountered no issues, but I feel that if we did, he would have been right on it.

Looooved this place & Paige made this such an easy and welcoming experience. The house was extremely clean and had plenty of amenities there. Paige checked in a few times asking if we needed anything and made sure we were happy with the place. She was very sweet & responded very quickly! 1000% recommend :)
