Besonders in Ländern wie Tunesien ist es schwer eine Wohnung zu finden, die dem Europäischen Standart für Sauberkeit und Austattung entspricht, jedoch hat diese Wohnung jede Erwartung erfüllt und wir würden Sie jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

The apartment was great and super clean. The host’s mother was incredibly kind—she even brought us some fresh strawberries! The location was perfect, in a nice street close to coffee shops, currency exchange, a pizzeria, a burger place, and best of all, just a few steps from the taxi station to Tunis. Everything was smooth and enjoyable—highly recommended!

Very lovely family, helped me feel right at home. The neighborhood was very nice with lots of cafe, butchery, fruit markets, bakeries and had no difficulties despite my language barrier.

Located in the Karam residence in North Hammamet, 5 min walk to the beach, this was the perfect family-friendly spot for our beach holiday. Loved the vintage charm of this place! The garden is perfect for morning coffee. The host was proactive, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The host also provided excellent tips on local eateries and attractions. I can only recommend this place.

nous avons passé 12 jours excellent dans l'appartement de Mehrez Mehrez est une personne vraiment chaleureuse à l'écoute et très réactive quand nous avons eu besoin de lui je le recommande sans hésitation pour ma part je vais y retourner bientôt avec le plus grand plaisir encore merci pour tout Mehrez

Trés belle appart gérer par un hote yosri trés sérieux et à l'écoute emplacement parfait proche de tous commerce trés calme et sécuriser. Je repaserait et recommande vivement.

La casa è semplicemente perfetta, nuova, comoda, moderna, con ogni elettrodomestico e pentola utile, sotto casa passano taxi condivisi per hammamet centro a tutte le ore a prezzi modici, palazzo elegante con portiere e piscina, l'host è davvero educato, gentile e utile a ogni tus richiesta. Consigliato.

Nous avons passé un séjour excellent! La villa est superbe et l’accueil est très amical. Emplacement calme et gardé, à deux pas de la plage. Je recommande!

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Der hilfsbereite Hausverwalter wohnt gegenüber, und ist immer zu erreichen. Strand und Restaurants sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vermieter hat sehr rasch auf Anfragen geantwortet. Wir würden diese Unterkunft erneut buchen.

Très belle villa, bien placée notamment pour led déplacements en voiture, un hôte accessible et réactif! La villa est agréable, joliment meublée...A refaire 😉

Séjour parfait ! Le logement est propre, bien équipé et situé dans un quartier calme et proche de la plage (5 min en voiture), idéal pour se reposer. Wassim et sa famille sont réactifs, chaleureux et accueillant. Une adresse que recommande vivement !

Excellent séjour dans cette superbe villa ! Nous avons été tres bien accueilli du début à la fin, avec une communication et une réactivité au top. Le logement est impeccable, très bien situé avec une literie de très bonne qualité. Merci encore car nous étions en famille et nous avons pu passer d'excellents moments.

We constantly travel and have stayed in many airbnb's, and we give honest reviews. It is rare to find an airbnb that is actually bigger than the photos advertising, This apartment is amazing, it is big, clean, smart, comfortable, private and secure. A peaceful neighbourhood as long as you do not mind kids playing football for an hour a day, and they are the most polite and adorable kids. The furniture is good, there are tv's in the lounge and both bedrooms (smart tv in lounge). I work online and the internet was fast and in 6 weeks never glitched. The kitchen is excellent and the oven and grill is the best we have ever used! Great aircon, a lovely courtyard to have coffee or meals in. Shops nearby and a 1p minute walk to the beach. We would highly reccomend this apartment and would love to go back. Thanks Jihed!

We stayed at this villa just over a week ago (me, my wife and two young children) and we all had such a fantastic time! The property was in immaculate condition—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Our hosts, Foued and his mother Wahida, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We experienced no issues whatsoever during our stay. Everything was smooth and stress-free. The villa is also very private and secluded, which makes it especially ideal for families and women who wear the hijab—it offered us complete peace of mind and comfort. We would definitely love to visit again and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Thank you so much Foued and Wahida for everything! I had a great stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as described—clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location was perfect. The host Ghassen was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. I really appreciated the small touches like fresh towels, coffee, and fast Wi-Fi. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Very nice neighborhood. The place looked like the pictures. Little things to improve here and there. Cooking ware and coffee machine needs attention. Malek è stata sempre disponibile , un bel appartamento comodo con tutto quello che può servirti per un il tuo soggiorno, situato dentro un bel residence tranquillo con un ottimo custode, sicurezza massima, ottima la posizione , ritornerò sicuramente , grazie a Malek ottima Host , lo consiglio perché non è così facile trovare alloggi così belli ed organizzati ad Hammamet .
