This spacious beauty is being restored to its original Midcentury Modern glory!The main levels of the home are completely renovated with exception of new flooring in the bedrooms and are as pictured.The well appointed kitchen has all typical appliances. This elegant home provides privacy & seclusion but is minutes from town. There is a large pond behind the home. This home is for Airbnb guests only and is not one that is lived in like most Airbnb listings in Tuscaloosa. No clutter and spotless!

The cabin is a destination all on its own. Fish from the pier or banks on the privately managed eight-acre lake. There is a john boat which is quite old, uses paddles, and is in fair shape (feel free to bring your canoe or john boat.). A paddleboat and paddleboard are available for guest use and swimming. Enjoy walking the property and visit the onsite hoop house and orchard for free seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have fun by the outside fire pit roasting marshmallows with friends and family!

This is my personal home in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood in the south part of town, minutes from downtown, UA, the Riverwalk, amphitheater, nightlife, restaurants & stores. The primary bedroom has a plush, cozy king bed & double vanity in the en suite bathroom. There are queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms. The LR comfortably seats 6. We have high speed WiFi & smart TVs. The fully equipped kitchen seats 6. The outside patio has more eating space & lounge area where smoking is allowed.

Also on the property is a 175 year old log cabin being restored from the first settlers to come to here

Becky was amazing to work with. Our daughter was graduating from UA and she left us balloons, cupcakes and a very nice note. There was a basket full of snacks, too. A storm rolled through during our stay and they checked in and made sure we were good and asked if there was any damage they needed to clean up. Due to rain we were unable to use their amazing fire pit but they had fire wood ready. They also have a ton things in case you forgot something. toothbrushes, toothpaste and a bunch of other things. If we are in the area we would stay again.

We loved our stay at the tiny house! It was easy to find with Madeleine's directions, and very convenient from Tuscaloosa. The house itself is a wonderful little gem, cozy and comfy for those looking to unwind. While the location does have neighbors, it still manages to feel private. The porch overlooking the water was our favorite thing. Absolutely peaceful and great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening. Would 100% book and stay here again!
