lovely place in a quiet area. very well furnished apartment with good wi-fi. perfect spot if you want to be away from the hussle and bussle, chill out and watch a few movies at night. Apartment is close to the main road with lots of small stores nearby for essentials. You can very easily get a trike (3-5mins) into the centre and beach. (standard fair is 20 peso per person, each way). would gladly stay here again. also Ria was always quick to respond and dealt with anything we asked immediately. Great Hosts. thanks.

Our first stay in Boracay became more memorable because of this humble house. The place was so warm & peaceful. We felt well-rested the whole stay. The place was way more beautiful in person—the pictures don't even give justice to its intricate design. The host was always proactive during the stay. We even had cute interactions with their cute furbabies, most especially, Natasha 🐶❤️ Overall, this place was totally worth it for its price! We will definitely be back. The place was a great help for us to reset on our personal lives. Thank you very much & we will definitely see you again soon! 😊👍🏼

Seeking a relaxing vacation, this home provided us exactly what we needed for quality family time. The grounds and the home itself were breathtaking. While the beach in front was a bit rocky for swimming, the compensating pool became a favorite spot for my kids. Anjie, the caretaker, enhanced our experience significantly. He is such a hard worker, keeping the grounds so beautiful. He assisted with transport arrangements upon arrival and facilitated private tricycles for our trips to Caticlan (just 10 minutes away). Additionally, you can find a shared tricycle at the end of the road quite easily for only 20 pesos per person. Caticlan has a 7-11 and markets for eggs and other cooking ingredients. For a larger grocery run, Boracay had ample options. Anjie's recommendation, Cafe Tribu (a 5 minute ride from the house) became a favorite spot for pizza and more. Wifi was occasionally spotty, but the fantastic cable TV package allowed plenty of entertainment for us. Thanks for a nice week.

I stayed for 3 nights at the Villa with a friend so we only use the 2 master ensuite bedrooms. The place Is located on the hills of Boracay, which is great if you are looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful. The jacuzzi is on the roof and offer a lovely view on the south east part of the island. You can use a tuk tuk to travel back into the different stations or rent a scooter (which we did) Overall it was a great experience and Samuel was a great host.

If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, this is the perfect place for you. Ms. Abby and Ms. Jane were very responsive to our queries & requests. The place is very homey and spacious. They even have room service cleaning when mam Jane is available! Will definitely book this again for our next Boracay trip.

Had a great time staying there. it was close to the beach. The room was excellent. The staff was awesome. They would help you with anything. You needed. I will definitely stay there again in the future. Loved it.

Great communication with Jennifer and the host . The apartment is right on the beach with the great view. The apartment is very well equipped ( kitchen ) . Very good wifi , great restaurant just next door . A few minutes walk to D’mall . I highly recommend this place

It was an overall amazing experience. Kuya July the caretaker was very helpful from the start. Mark was responsive from day 1. This is a highly recommended place to stay if you are planning to visit Boracay. A very calming yet a superb experience that you shouldn't miss. The excellent location of the complex is in a quiet, secure location, 5 minutes walk to the beach, you can get to other parts of the island by bus, which stops near the house. The apartment is clean, cozy and has everything for a comfortable stay. A big plus is the availability of 2 electric scooters. Geremias and Maribeth are very nice and friendly hosts, gave advice on the island, and always responded promptly. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a fantastic stay at JJ's. The place was exactly as pictured - clean, charming, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. The location was perfect for us, offering peace and quiet. they have awonderful host, providing clear instructions and quick responses to our questions. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful vacation. It was excellent value for the price!

Good location away from crowds. Bulabog beach and white beach are walkable. They also recommended a tour guide.

Nice little one bedroom apartment in a typical neighborhood. Reasonable walking distance from white beach and lots of restaurants and bars. Needed a few small items when we first checked in and the host was very responsive. Be aware that it is a three floor walk up.

Unforgettable stay, Highly recommended! The unit was exceptionally clean and tidy, fully equipped with kitchen and laundry appliances so you don't need to spend money on food and you can pack less clothes. Even the little things like a mat were thoughtfully provided . The unit was exceptionally clean, perfect for family of four max of 5. The unit is a home away from home. The view from our balcony was breathtaking; from it you could see the mountains, the beach, and even Alta Vista De Boracay. Also, our host Ms. Denise is very accommodating and kind. She gave us tips and recommended using the HOHO card which helps you travel around Boracay with ease. Overall, Ocean Garden Villa and Boracay New Coast gives you an incredible experience and enhances your stay on the island, and my family and I would definitely return to if given the opportunity. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect, with the beach just a short stroll away – we loved being so close to the water. Our host was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable trip. My family had a wonderful stay. The place is huge and clean. Exactly as the photos. There’s no gym so the stairs going up is kind of our exercise plus the walking on the beach daily. There’s a nearby store also to buy some necessities. The pool is small but hey we went there for the beach and it’s few mins walk.
