Vacation rentals with lake access in Akçaabat

First I would like to thank the host who was a wonderful and generous person... The day before we arrived he contacted us and on the day of arrival he was interested in facilitating access to the site. When we arrived we found some formats and beverages welcome from the host The apartment is large with 2 bedrooms double bed and one room with single beds and one large bathroom with a washing machine The kitchen is large and complete, a refrigerator, an oven, a kettle and everything you need,and a dining table The kitchen is open on the lounge The Lounge is large with Smart TV And two very large linens are transformed into a comfortable family. The view is so wonderful that combines nature and the sea with a beautiful balcony The apartment is air-conditioned with three air conditioners in the lounge and two rooms. One of the disadvantages of the apartment curtains does not obscure sunlight .. The location of the apartment is about half an hour away from the center of Trabzon,but a great view The owner of the apartment is a very wonderful person.. Thank you for the welcome..

I had an amazing stay at this apartment near Uzungöl! The house is very spacious, extremely clean, and well-maintained. The view from the apartment is absolutely breathtaking. What made the experience even more special was the staff. They were incredibly warm and welcoming, and truly made me feel like part of their family. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area

Cengiz and Arzu made us feel home. They were like family to us and to our children. They are extremely helpful, respectful and responsive. They made sure that we have everything we could possibly need and much much more. My kids enjoyed their time in the house feeding the fish and picking fruits from the garden or walking to the river. The house and the garden are very very beautiful and well taken care of. The location of the house is perfect. It is a nice peaceful neighborhood yet close to main road , attractions, and restaurants and shops. I highly recommend staying in Cengiz’s property.

The host's treatment is wonderful and the location of the residence is strategic

Very clean place I really recommend it to everyone. Volkan is very nice and helpful he gave me and my wife a ride to the restaurant. He also offered us to stay after our flight got canceled I really appreciate him for his hospitality. We stayed with 4 adults + 3 Children and 7 people in total. Everything was perfect at home. It felt like our own home. The most we care about when looking for a house was hygiene and the house was really clean. There were many markets around the house. We easily met our kitchen needs. It also has extra services such as air conditioning, internet, parking. We had no trouble communicating with the host. We received immediate responses to each of our messages. They will travel to the Black Sea, do not look for a hotel for nothing. It's much more economical and comfortable and clean than the hotel.
