Autrefois appelé Arbec, notre petite cabane de berger en pierres servait de cuisine et de salle à manger. C'est là que l'on transformait le lait en fromage et en broussa, c'est là que la famille se réunissait pour la veillée du soir avec les voisins ,et que se nouait la vie sociale.Les outils,semences, récoltes ,étaient aussi remisés dans l'arbec. Les pierres de ce petit édifice sont chargées d'histoire et l'épaisseur de ses murs offre un sentiment de protection, de paix, propice au repos.

La località è ubicata ad una altezza di 1260 m, e dista a 8 Km da Demonte, e si pone a metà strada tra Trinità e San Giacomo di Demonte. Percorrendo la strada del Vallone dell'Arma si arriva al congiungimento con la Valle Maira a circa 15 Km, in alternativa si prosegue e si raggiungere la Valle Grana arrivando a Castel Magno (25 Km dalla casa). La casa è situata in una borgata (Morier) che presenta solo due abitazione è comodamente raggiungibile essendo sulla strada.
