j ai l habitude de louer l appartement d Olivier. logement impeccable, bien équipé, à proximité immédiate de la gare. Le contact avec Olivier est facile et plaisant. je recommande.

Fijn verblijf. Frank is erg vriendelijk en meedenkend. Parkeren voor de deur, maar gratis parkeerplek op maar 10 min lopen. Je bent zo in de stad en bij de bezienswaardigheden.

Le logement correspond parfaitement à sa description. J'ai bien apprécié l'intérieur et le cadre. Je suis entièrement satisfait.

This beutiful apartment is in a little village outside the bigger village of Ypres. Perfect. Ann tells me that it's a lovely walk (I think she said about 45 min) to the village if you don't have a car - though I would recommend a car for exploring the area. The apartment is so cozy, clean and welcoming. And the bed is perfection. I just wish the weather would have cooperated and we would have been able to enjoy the shared garden. Though Ypres is much smaller than Brugge or Ghent - it's perfect. Great restaurants in the village square and a central location for all the drives to the WWI memorial sites. I highly recommend staying at Ann's apartment, it's a warm and comfortable space to start and end your long days of exploring.

David a était excellent dans la communication, réactif... l'appartement était fonctionnel, propre. je vous recommande pour un week end sur Lille.

Impeccable à nouveau ! A deux pas de toutes les commerces du centre ville mais un calme total dans l'appart. Propre et bien aménagée, je recommande à 100%.

Fantastic place to stay in beautiful Ieper. Natalie was a very considerate host and communication was excellent. We had a longer stay and it really felt like home. The kitchen is exceptionally well appointed - modern, sleek and stylish. The lounge is very comfortable and the balconies also offer another way to enjoy the flat. The beds are wonderfully comfortable and everything is high quality. The toilet is upstairs from the bedrooms so may be an issue for the very young or old or if there are mobility issues. The garage was extremely useful as we had a car and the location couldn’t be better - just two minutes from the centre. We had a wonderful time in Belgium and our stay in Ieper was made all the more enjoyable thanks to Natalie’s outstanding flat and her hospitality.

Maison isolé pas trop de circulation, mais pas de 4g obligé de se connecter à la boxe un peu lente et pas de magasin disponible à proximité. Arrivé indiqué par boîte à clé autonome mais finalement on doit attendre la venue de l’hôte , pas d’enceinte proposé et boule led qui ne fonctionne pas , salle de bain moyenne , mélanger avec le local d’entretien et présence d’une brassière dans un tiroir avec une boîte contenant quelque cheveux sinon nous avons passer un bon séjour climatisé agréable

Très bel endroit et très beau logement. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Francine et son conjoint qui sont adorables. le logement est très agréable, lumineux et très bien equipé

C'est toujours un plaisir de venir chez Frédéric nous y sommes accueilli chaleureusement avec des petites attentions qui font chaud au cœur ainsi que un logement ou l'on s'y sent comme a la maison propre et bien rangé. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr !!! Agréable réactif et de très bons conseils pour les visites et les restaurants Frédéric est un hôte que l'on recommande les yeux fermés merci encore pour ce séjour et à bientôt Coralie et sa maman

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Gerard and Lorette’s holiday home in the beautiful Baie de Somme. The house has a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep for everyone. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare delicious meals, which made family dinners a real pleasure. All in all, it was the perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended!

Un excellent séjour chez Sandrine et Sylvain! Des hôtes très accueillants et prévenants ! Propreté irréprochable de la maison, et très bon agencement pour un séjour en famille. La maison est vraiment bien située pour faire des excursions sur la côte d'Opale et permet de se détendre le soir dans le jardin avec les enfants. Nous recommandons à 200%!!

A superb stay in the heart of Ypres This delightful townhouse offered the perfect base for our visit to Ypres. Ideally located just moments from the Menin Gate, it was not only comfortable and spacious, but also superbly hosted by Tibo, who welcomed us with an unexpected and generous array of gifts – including beer, wine, biscuits, and chocolate. Our group of eight made full use of the modern amenities and relaxed atmosphere, which allowed us to explore the region with ease and return each day to a shared living space, unlike the divided experience of hotel rooms. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this accommodation again and highly recommend it as a warm, characterful alternative to the more impersonal local hotels.

Lovely room with balcony, friendly hosts and a short walk to get a 10min metro to Lille. Lots of street parking outside the apartment complex.

tres bien logement impeccable propre nous avons passer un agreable sejour literie correct et Cédric est tres réactif car petit probleme avec cafetière electrique qui ne fonctionnais pas et Cédric nous a apporter une autre le soir meme toute neuve vraiment rien a dire et surtout il accepte notre petit chien et immeuble tres calme merci Cédric je recommande

My husband and his friend stayed at Ann’s place for a cycling trip and they were extremely impressed with the quality of the place. Also they appreciated the secure parking arrangement, since they had some cycling equipment that they could safely leave in the car.
