In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Mit neuen, hochwertigen Boxspringbetten, Designerküche, Wohlfühlbad, Wohnlandschaft mit B&O Luxusfernseher, offenem Kamin, Balkonen und WLAN bietet die Wohnung jeden erdenklichen Komfort. Gegenüber liegt ein Kinderspielplatz, 5 Minuten zu Fuß ist ein Hallen- und Freibad. Parkmöglichkeit ist vorhanden (Benutzung gegen Gebühr €10 pro Tag).

A cozy arbor is available in front of your entrance door. The apartment is furnished as I like it when I am a guest: In the wardrobe there is space for two large suitcases, there are many ways to hang things. The atmosphere is colorful, individual and playful.

Unsere wunderschön sanierte Einliegerwohnung liegt im zentralen aber sehr ruhigen Stadtteil Salzburg-Aigen und wir freuen uns euch dort begrüßen zu dürfen! Die Innenstadt erreicht man bequem mit dem Bus oder der S-Bahn in wenigen Minuten, die Stationen erreichst Du zu Fuß in 7 min. Neben der Nähe zur Stadt ist die Wohnung ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge oder Radtouren im Naherholungsgebiet rund um den Gaisberg.

The 45-square-meter, two-room apartment is located on the first floor of a historic townhouse. A bus stop right in front of the building takes you to the Old Town (a 20-minute walk), the train station, the airport, and many other attractions in just a few minutes. With the included Mobility Card, you can use all public transportation in Salzburg free of charge. The supermarket is also a two-minute walk away.

Welcome to Schloss Rauchenbichl in the heart of Salzburg city. Our newly renovated apartment is located in a historic farmhouse at the foot of the Kapuzinerberg and is only a leisurely walk from the city center. The Rauchbichlerhof is an imposing listed castle, with its own baroque garden, which was first mentioned in 1120 and in which the former mistress of the French emperor Napoleon I lived in 1831.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

The View – modern, idyllic, unique

Though located in pure nature, this appartement is only 4km away from the center of Salzburg. Close to this place you can explore the beauty of the region "Salzkammergut" with its mountains and lakes. A special highlight of this appartement are the two terraces - at one you can enjoy the sunset with free view to Salzburg city and the other offers a panoramaview to mountain Nockstein/Gaisberg.
