The approx. 65 m² apartment is located in the basement in a newly built detached house on a hillside. It has its own entrance and is barrier-free. The apartment is equipped with a double bedroom and closet, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living and dining area with fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and sofa bed, as well as a guest toilet. The hillside location opens up a spacious terrace with a carport in the south, which invites you to relax and barbecue.

This special apartment stands out due to its modern decor style. It is equipped with sleeping facilities for up to 4 people and offers a well-equipped kitchen, a stylish dining area, a bathroom with shower, a cozy bedroom with two single beds 90x200 cm, which can also be connected to a double bed, a bright living area with a sofa that can be transformed into a bed 140x200 cm, as well as a sunny balcony.

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.
