First of all, we had a very nice time, the house garden and pool were perfect. Mr. Hasan was in communication with us, he was very understanding and hospitable. Her brother delivered the house to us, and she was very nice and welcoming. The items in the house were old. The tables have lace on the consoles and they were all very dusty. We advise you not to step on the carpets barefoot. The plastics on the floor in the bathroom were very worn out and broken. There were huge cobwebs and spiders all over the house. But if there are people you enjoy with you for general accommodation, your enjoyment in the pool and garden is priceless. We enjoyed it immensely and highly recommend it.

Hello, after researching many alternatives in Sapanca, we decided on Dut Sapanca. The location of the house that attracted us to this place was that it was a stone house with a single-story and two private bathrooms, the garden and pool were large enough and very tidy. And when we went, we saw how right our choice was. First of all, we would like to thank you very much for the attention and sincerity that Irem Hn has shown during our entire stay from the first time we booked, leaving the house and into our vehicle. It was really valuable to us. The house is even more beautiful than it looks. It's in a very central place but very quiet and calm around. Quite sheltered and organized. The garden landscaping is thoughtfully arranged. The BBQ and fire pit are very well positioned. There is a very nice gazebo close to the pool and offering canopy. The pool is quite sufficient and the recirculation unit works efficiently. The interior of the house is quite spacious and beautiful. The fact that there is a shared living area and two bedrooms with a private bathroom on two sides make this house unique. We'll be back.

as two families, we chose it for a pleasant weekend with our children, first of all, a place where you can go every season in summer and winter, the heated pool works smoothly, the jacuzzi works smoothly and the sauna works smoothly, we did not have the slightest mishap. You can trust a very clean place in terms of cleanliness, you can feel like your own home, I went to many places, believe me, I didn't lie to say that I saw it so clean for the first time. there are light yokes on the straight road 5-10 minutes from the center about its location, it will not be a problem for 4 seasons, the grocery store, the bakery, the hospital, the post office is in the center of 5 - 10 minutes away. while waking up in the morning, you can meditate by listening to the bird civilians with the sound of the stream in nature:) depending on its location, we did not encounter any damage, insects,mosquitoes, etc. in this regard. This holiday we went as a family was extremely and unforgettable for us. We were extremely pleased with the friendly and helpful attitude of Ms. Evim. The heated pool was warm and the size was sufficient. There was no heating problem in the house and the wonderful fireplace was waiting for us in a ready state. The kitchen supplies were low. The house was sparkling clean and warm. We had a pleasant time with a barbecue and a fire pit. We watched our favorite movie from the projectile device. It was a wonderful holiday in the middle of nature with the chirping of birds. I recommend it to those who will go. I hope we will go again. Thank you Ms. Sevim💫🌸

The place we stayed was the same as described on the site, it was a very comfortable house and had a great view, I recommend it to everyone.

The location of the apartment is excellent, very close to Osman Bey Metro Station. Very close to Starbucks and Nishan Tashi Street. Close to all services... and the apartment is on the fourth floor, there is an elevator. The apartment is large, with a full kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large, clean hall. The host was wonderful and helpful. The apartment is worth it, frankly and honestly.

I liked this flat because of the location which is pretty close to ferries/metro also close to bars and restaurants. Eren is friendly and was very flexible on my check in and check out. Of course as others mentioned, be aware that this street gets crowded because of the clubs. I wasn’t bothered though.

So well located and the staff was really nice to us. Other than the tiny bath we had no other issue but we enjoyed very much our stay.

We had 2 nights at Marmara Guesthouse and found it was in a great location near the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. The reception guys had good English and helped with our luggage. It is a quiet place with double glazing and aircon/heating in our room. Internet was very good. The breakfast was fabulous with so many choices and foods to try. Sadly the coffee wasn’t very strong and the bed mattress was too firm. But they’re just small things. Recommend Marmara !

I have never used Airbnb before. Service that Yusef provides is beyond then expectations. I have never felt that much supported by hotel. This place has to be the most underrated place I have ever been. Place located at the center of a lot of touristic attractions. Like, The blue Mosque, Topkapi Place, Bayazid Mosque, The Hagia Sophia, The Grand Bazar, The New Mosque and Bosphorus Tour. You can literally walk to those places… Yusuf and his dad treat you like they owe you. Super polite, very informative and they give the best advices… Place looks amazing and kitchen feels like traditional Turkish Restaurant. They make one of the best Turkish breakfast in the town. ( and it’s free 😬) Thank you for everything! For sure I will be back to the same place!

The main highlight of the accommodation is its location for sightseeing, near the metro, in addition to the room cleaning that is carried out daily. On the other hand, the area is busy and a bit noisy.

Absolutely beautiful stay in the historic room at this gorgeous antique estate converted now to Köşk Orman Otel. Inspiring spaces that felt outside of time, and such a lovely breakfast on the porch every morning, perfect for our peaceful island getaway. Highly recommend, and would love to come again ✨
