Please relax in an old house built 50 years ago as if you were visiting your grandmother's house in the countryside.After enjoying surfing, relax in the Japanese-style room, such as having a BBQ in the garden, fishing in the nearby sea and cooking in the kitchen, experiencing the sauna with a natural groundwater bath, playing with pets in the courtyard, watching the beautiful starry sky at night, and watching movies on a large screen. 3-minute drive to restaurants, 15-minute drive to the supermarket 10 min walk to the sea (swimming not possible) 20 minutes by car to Shin-Nichi Surf Point It's an inconvenient place, but you can walk to the shrine. You can also go to the Nanohana Festival and cafes in 5 minutes by car BBQ brazier for 2-4 people 1000 yen, BBQ stove for 6 people 1500 yen, 8 people 2000 yen (cash or PayPay) with table set, no cleaning up required.Please be prepared with igniter, charcoal, and food. The sauna costs ¥4000 (cash or PayPay) for 90 minutes.Please bring bath towels, etc. with you. The bedroom can accommodate 8 futons and D beds on the floor. Please note that it may take some time to respond to W-work. We look forward to meeting you.

Access is a 14-minute walk from Meitetsu and Higashi-Okazaki Stations and a 9-minute drive from the Tomei Expressway and Okazaki Interchange. It is a 10-minute walk to Kosei City area and a 21-minute walk to Okazaki Castle. It is in a very accessible location for cherry blossom viewing and fireworks displays in Otsuka. The room is located on the 4th floor of a reinforced concrete apartment building. There is parking for one car. You can also use it for long-term stays for business, etc. Group guests are limited to 4 people. If you are staying with your family, we can accommodate up to 5 people. Please ask me. Please be mindful of not having loud conversations or making vibrations late at night. We receive guests and hand over the keys in person. To make your reception smoother, we'll create a guest list in advance I will take it. Once you've booked, please send us your name, address, and occupation by the day before check-in. Check-in will take place at the reception on the ground floor of the building. To verify your identity, we'll check your ID, such as your license.

The location is 5 min walk to Tokoname station (two stops from the airport). A convenience store is few steps away, and, within walking distance, there are supermarket, pharmacy, laundry, etc. Good access to a duty-free shopping mall and a public spa & bath by train or bus. Easy to access to Nagoya(40 min), Kyoto(1.5h) and Osaka(2h).
