Stylish apartment with nice terrace and ocean views. In a residential area with a pool and very nice and well-kept common areas, and above all quiet. Very bright, spectacular terrace, spacious bedroom with 1.5x2m bed (new mattresses), kitchen with pin, AA, fast internet, 50"TV (YouTube, Prime..). Close to all kinds of services: Beach 500m away, supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants less than a 5min walk. Marina 10min by boardwalk. Palace of Congresses is a 15-minute walk.
