Ο χώρος βρίσκεται στο λιμάνι του Ευδήλου της Ικαρίας, πάνω στον δρόμο που οδηγεί στον λιμενοβραχίονα του Ευδήλου 350 μ. από το σημείο που προσεγγίζει το πλοίο της γραμμής. Η θέση του προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα, και υποδέχεται τις πρώτες ακτίνες της Ανατολής του ήλιου καθιστώντας τον πολύ φωτεινό μέχρι τις πρώτες απογευματινές ώρες. Τα δωμάτια μας βρίσκονται σε μία ήσυχη τοποθεσία μόλις 700μ. από το λιμάνι της Σκάλας. Επίσης θα θέλαμε να γνωρίζετε πως η πλησιέστερη παραλία απέχει μόνο 300μ. ενώ στα 30μ υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείου για την ευκολότερη μετακίνηση σας.
