Charming apartment - quiet location

In a house in the Zurich metropolitan area (6km near city center, 12 min with car, 25min with public transportation) we rent an apartment with private entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen, dining area, office table and bathroom. The bed (110 cm) and a sofa bed (120cm) allow a stay for two people. The garden with barbecue, deck chairs and dining table can be shared. A small TV and free W-Lan connection is also available in the apartment and in the price! Car park (1 car) available in front of the house. Laundry can be used (including dryer). Surcharge depending on stay time. The hosts give you tips or answer questions about public transport, etc. Documents about this can be found already on the table. We speak: German, French, Spanish and English! WE LOOK FORWARD TO EVERY VISIT!

Willkommen in unserer neu eingerichteten Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen (75 Meter vom öffentlichen Parkplatz und 800 Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt). Der optimale Ausgangsort um rasch und direkt nach Zürich aber auch nach Zug zu gelangen. Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss (ohne Lift) und für Menschen mit Mobiltätseinschränkungen wie auch Kinder nicht geeignet. Ebenfalls ist sie für Haustiere nicht geeignet. Der Name "Home" soll daran erinnern, dass Sie sich wie "zu Hause" fühlen sollen!

Originally built in the 19th century as washing facility of a farm, fully-renovated with state of the art insulation and independent heating. With private entrance, on the ground floor are living room, kitchen and a very spacious bathroom with shower. On the top floor, accessible via an internal staircase, a bedroom featuring relax and working areas. Access to a shared garden and a private parking spot are available.

Das Apartment liegt unmittelbar an der Hauptstrasse in Herrliberg, zu Fuss nur etwa 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof Herrliberg-Feldmeilen entfernt. Gleich neben an befindet sich ein Coop Supermarkt. Herrliberg ist eine ruhige Wohngemeinde, welche sich an der Sonnenseite des Zürichsee befindet. Mit dem Zug hat man bis in die Stadt nur rund 17 Minuten. I really loved this space; it was so peaceful and so beautiful. It was right by the lake, and it felt so serene, as if I was in my own world. The only thing is it's quite a far walk to the metro but there is a bus, and actually I liked being apart from the city and the walk is stunning by the lake and the view of the mountains. Die Wohnung ist schön gestaltet und sehr sauber. Das Gästezimmer ist hell, ruhig und geräumig, hat einen sehr schönen Blick und ein schönes eigenes Bad. Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt hochwertig und die Anbindung an den ÖV ist sehr gut. Peter ist ein freundlicher, zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Ruhig, respektvoll und kommunikativ - je nach Situation. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön, modern eingerichtet und in einem Top Zustand! Sie ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man für seinen Aufenthalt braucht, befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist sehr sauber. Es gab sogar ein Handbuch mit nützlichen Tipps und Ideen für Unternehmungen in der Gegend. Der Check-In war schnell, problemlos und flexibel. Priska ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei und schnell. Sie gibt sich viel Mühe damit man einen schönen Urlaub hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden definitiv wiederkommen.
