Vacation rentals with a patio in Ādaži Municipality

The accommodation for this price was great – clean, tidy, and modern. It’s located right next to a trolleybus stop and about 10 minutes from the city center. The only small downside was that the room was a bit cold and we didn’t receive any towels at first, but it turned out the cleaning lady had simply forgotten to put them in the room.

It was one of the best stays we have been to in Riga! The place felt like home! Anna was very friendly easy to talk to and she even has a guidebook for you!

Great apartment- very close to nice places for food as well as a lot of landmarks of the city. The instructions we received were clear and enough to have no problems at all.

Die Unterkunft ist wie im Angebote gezeigt. Sehr gut und modern ausgestattet. Alles neuwertig und sauber. Im Bad funktioniert alles, warmwasser kommt zuverlässig. Die Wohnung ist vom Flughafen gut zu erreichen, Straßenbahn und Bus sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Fazit: Angenehme Unterkunft in guter Lage, gern wieder.

El apartamento es muy bonito y está impecable, muy elegante y minimalista. Está de buen tamaño, tiene buenos utensilios de cocina y estufa, solo agregaríamos un horno de microondas para completarlo. Nos encantó el apartamento, es un espacio muy bonito, sin dudas lo recomendamos y regresaríamos a el.

It was a nice stay, communication was really good, the apartament was clean and spacious. Thank you. I had to return to the apartment shortly after checking out, because I have forgotten some things, there was no problem with that, the owner was understanding and helpful.

Wspaniała lokalizacja, blisko centrum , bllisko targ i wiele atrakcji. Polecam!

Хорошое расположение, уютный дом и гостеприимная хозяйка. Очень спокойно и уютно, рядом речка можно купаться и можно рыбачить не далеко маленький магазин где можно купить все необходимое ,минут 15 до станции Дзинтари и море 25 минут очень спокойно и хорошое расположение. Хозяева очень приятные люди которые всегда рады помочь.

Дуже гарне, затишне і чисте помешкання. Привітні і ввічливі господарі. Відпочивали сім'єю з трьома дітьми. Дуже зручно, що господарі подбали про сніданки. Нам з дороги це стало у нагоді. У будинку є все необхідне від білизни до посуду і техніки. Гарна зелена територія, патіо, гриль. Розташування біля хвойного лісу і зовсім поруч з пляжем. Також поруч залізнична станція. Ми залишали автомобіль і іздили гуляти у столицю. Електрички ходять щогодини. Загалом дуже класний вийшов відпочинок. Дякуємо Миколі і Тетяні за їх гостинність і гарну оселю.

Muchas gracias Ineta por tu recibimiento y por tu constante y generosa atención. Han sido 4 días de tranquilidad y paz, gracias por estar pendiente de nosotros y por esas manzanas y tomates de su huerto. La casa es genial, además de su excelente proximidad a Riga, Aeropuerto y Jurmala donde los bolt para aquellos que no disponemos de coche de alquiler llegan sin problema. Ha sido un placer, 100% recomendable para descansar y desconectar.

10/10 recommend! Ilona (and her wonderful daughter, Junna) are fantastic hosts! We were a party of five guys visiting Jurmala/Latvia for the first time and their place was perfect for us - great spaces, local to restaurants etc. Junna also very kindly gave us a mini tour to set us up on our first day.

Mājvieta nedaudz nost no ceļa un trokšņiem, bet tajā pašā laikā veikals turpat ielas galā. Arī kafejnīcas, jūra, bērnu rotaļu laukums nav tālu. Ērtas gultas un ir viss nepieciešamais. Pietrūka interneta ātrums un līdz ar to arī TV nevarējām lietot, bet kopumā tas atpūtai netraucēja.

Это был замечательный отпуск, дом очень уютный и стильный, в нем есть все необходимое для отдыха. Расположен в очень живописном месте, шикарная природа вокруг...лес, воздух, недалеко озеро! Коммуникация с Мартинсом была замечательной, реагировал сразу на все сообщения и помогал при решении наших вопросов!

Отличная локация, все в шаговой доступности, до старого города пешком 10-15 минут. Можно с животными что тоже хорошо ,так как найти локацию в центре Риги где примут с животными это еще надо постараться ,но стоит и учесть что до вас тоже были животные и по некоторым деталям интерьера это видно и не стоит относится к этому слишком строго😀

The spacious apartment comfortably accommodated seven guests, featuring four large beds and a fold-out couch. Even with open windows, the apartment remained remarkably quiet. Its convenient location offered nearby shopping and easy access to the city center via car or public transportation.

I stayed for a month, and found this place very well suited for a long stay. There is so much natural light, and an outlook of tree tops, which I appreciated. There was very little noise in the building. The apartment is very well designed and very well equipped. The area is sububurban and residential, but well connected by bus routes to the city centre and elsewhere. There is a supermarket within a few minutes' walk, and a large shopping mall about 20 minutes' walk away. I expect there is a bus, but I enjoy walking. Kris, the host, was incredibly responsive on the rare occasions that I needed to contact him. Highly recommended.

Anna is a great host, always responsive, nice and friendly, she even had some good recommendation. The place itself is nice, modern, clean in a peaceful location and with all the amenities listed. Being in a bit of a remote location, it has it's drawbacks. First shocker was, that we couldn't flush anything other than waste, not even toilet paper. Water itself has very poor pressure and a certain aroma, because it's supplied from deep underground, but is safe to drink. This is due to the area being in national Park, so that's something you should keep in mind. Also quite a lot of mosquitoes, so pack some bug spray. (though I'm sure Anna would get you one if you asked) In conclusion, if you don't mind that, this place is wonderful and Anna is truly a superhost

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The check in instructions were very clear, the apartment was spotless and well organised with everything we needed. The washing machine and pods was a really helpful extra. Also the local guide was very helpful, we visited some of the recommended places for food and they didn’t disappoint. Great location for exploring the Old Town and further afield.

Jag och min syster överraskade vår mamma med en resa till Riga och vi hittade detta boende. Superfint och fräscht! Större än det ser ut på bilderna och ett välutrustat kök. Gångavstånd till mycket & nära till kollektivtrafik som gjorde det enkelt att ta sig runt. Rekommenderar verkligen!

Ļoti jauks un kārtīgs dzīvoklis. Klusā vietā, ielas pusē skaists skats pa logu, koki, ziedi. Pastaigas attālumā Māras dīķis, ap kuru var doties pastaigā. Paldies! Viss bija jauki!

Нам довелось побывать в этих впечатляющих апартаментах. Они действительно прекрасны. Потолки поражают своей красотой. Пианино - это уникальная изюминка этого пространства. Моя дочь немного умеет играть. И я могу сказать, что звук этого старинного музыкального инструмента поразительный. Высокие потолки, современная техника, действующий камин, отреставрированный паркет - все находится в гармонии удобства и красоты. Арвис заботливый хозяин. Будьте уверены, что он сделает все возможное для того, чтобы пребывание здесь было на высшем уровне. Мы прекрасно провели время и вдохновились архитектурой этого места.

We were fortunate to reside in an exceptional apartment. It has all the things you need for daily life, so you'll feel right at home. You will have at your disposal coffee cartridges, dishwasher tablets, washing machine capsules, food spices, cooking oil, and so on. There are too many things to list, and I'm sure I'll forget something. The apartment has excellent heating, so if you are planning to visit Riga during the winter, you will not have problems with heating. The bed is comfortable to sleep in, so we woke up every morning rested to walk around Riga. The apartment has been extremely well-kept. The apartment's owner is really understanding. To give you an example, let me just say that we arrived in Riga early in the morning and were given permission by the apartment's owner to check-in earlier. Finally, all I can say is that I'm grateful to Arija for letting us stay in her apartment in Riga. In terms of its own status, Riga is a true metropolis. You really ought to visit Riga.

Ivars und Gunta sind wirklich hervorragende Gastgeber. Von der Kommunikation im Vorfeld, über die Erreichbarkeit während des Aufenthaltes bis zur Bereitstellung diverser Annehmlichkeiten (haben wir in diesem Ausmaßnoch nie erlebt - tausend Dank dafür;-)....., bessere Gastgeber kann man sich nicht wünschen:-) Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Auch die Wohnung selbst entspricht exakt der Beschreibung. Das Bad ist groß, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und die kleine windgeschütze Terasse lädt zum verweilen ein. Es gibt frische Blumen, sowie viele Pflanzen und der zugehörige Parkplatz ist ein weiteres großes Plus. Zu Fuß ist man in 15 Minuten im Zentrum, wir haben problemlos die Straßenbahn eine Querstraße weiter genutzt. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
