Vacation rentals in Adães

Isa’s condo was absolutely beautiful and so clean. The view from every window was stunning. We were able to walk easily to restaurants and shops. If we ever had a question, they were quick to respond. The beds were very comfortable. We could not have been happier. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Porto!

Perfect little home for our week long vacation. There were three of us so it was perfect but anything more than four and it would be crowded. The area at night was a bit noisy from the traffic but besides that it was perfect. My only complaint is we were staying for a week and we were only given one role of toilet paper, no paper towels or napkins, no soap, a scant amount of dishwasher soap to wash dishes and 4 pods for the coffee machine. We could not find the delta coffee pods so I bought a stove top coffee maker only to find out the stove was induction so i could not use it without getting creative and using the house pots. I bought my own paper towels and cleaner so that we could freshen up the bathroom and kitchen area, again typically these items are provided but may have been overlooked. I only mention it so that the owner can be more aware for other renters. Besides that I would definitely stay there again.

Logement idéal pour une famille avec enfants, 3 chambres séparées, dont une avec salle de bain. L'accueil d'Anabela est fantastique, et notre hôte est très réactive à nos besoins. Beaucoup de jouets pour les petits, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa de Vilar de Rei where we spent two weeks as a family. If you are looking for a peaceful oasis surrounded by nature and a place to completely switch off from the world, this is it. Marta and her father Daniel were the perfect hosts - responsive, helpful and kind. Our 1-year-old son had the time of his life riding Daniel's tractor, meeting the chickens, and picking fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden. The pool is shared with the other house but there is plenty of space for everyone and we had very nice neighbours during our stay. There are lots of places to sit and relax or read in the garden - day beds, swings, benches, or the veranda with a beautiful view of the surrounding fields. The garden is also full of herbs and lemon trees. The house inside is very well equipped, and the bed linen and towels are immaculate. We had a fantastic time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this little piece of countryside heaven. Thank you Marta and Daniel!

Superbe maison, très propre et bien équipée. Les enfants ont apprécié les jeux extérieurs et la piscine. Située dans une petite ville, à proximité à pied d'une boulangerie et d'une boucherie. Petit supermarché à 3 minutes en voiture. A 30 min des plages, 1h de porto, 40 min de Braga / Viana do Castello / etc. Fatima est une hôte attentionnée et très réactive.

Ein toller Ort, um mal den Alltag zu vergessen. Ein moderne Haus auf alten Fundamenten, der Bach fließt drunter durch, man kann ihn durch den Glasbodenausschnitt im Fußboden sehen. Der rauschende Wasserfall ist allgegenwärtig, auch durch die großen Panoramafenster zu sehen. Wenn man sicher auf den Beinen ist, steigt man oberhalb des Wasserfalls in den Fluss (Achtung hier und da ein paar Dornenzweige) und schwimmt der Strömung entgegen, bis die frische Temperatur einen zum Umkehren zwingt. Aber auch im frischen Pool kann man sich jederzeit abkühlen. Das Internet ist auch sehr entspannt, so dass man mal wieder zum Buchlesen kommt und die Welt da draußen vergisst. Das benachbarte Dorf Taide ist in gut 30 Minuten zu erwandern. Das Restaurant "Tasquinha do Povo" war ein Erlebnis, liebevolle Bewirtung, leckere Sardinen, frisches hausgebackenes Fladenbrot und dann von den Einheimischen am Nachbartisch noch auf einen hiesigen Wein verführt worden. Es war rundum ein tolles Erlebnis für uns.

Priscila's property is very well located - close enough to walk to almost anything but far enough to be very quiet and peaceful. It has been finished to a high standard - a lovely bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, lots of storage. There are multiple lighting options, which is good because it is a bit dark - long and narrow. with windows at either end. We enjoyed having our own entrance, right into the street -so, very private. The locks are very secure (not that we felt the need) and there is a good video doorbell system. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens, but I would say it was smaller than a North American "Queen". There is a good washing machine and space outside in an enclosed courtyard for drying. Priscila was extremely responsive in all our communiqués. She was gracious about allowing us to leave our luggage until later in the day. We stayed a whole month, so I think we really put this AirBnB property through its paces! No regrets. Thanks Priscila!

Tivemos uma estadia excelente! O alojamento estava exatamente como descrito – limpo, confortável e bem equipado. A localização era ótima e o anfitrião foi muito simpático e prestável, sempre disponível para ajudar com o que fosse necessário. Sentimo-nos muito bem recebidos. Recomendo vivamente e certamente voltaria a reservar no futuro!
