Possibile il soggiorno per 3 adulti adattandosi agli spazi. In prossimità è presente la ciclabile, le piste da sci e tutti i servizi raggiungibili a piedi (market, bar, farmacie, ristoranti...)

Mini house surrounded by greenery at the Valbruna mini golf. The cottage is the second on a small hill. Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric moka coffee pot, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee, snacks, bread for toast, and jams. In the bathroom, shower, sink, and toilet with built-in bidet. To reach the mini-golf, cross the village towards the rocky mountains and twenty meters before arriving on the road that leads to the valley on the left is the mini-golf signpost.

The house is located in Valbruna, a small and quiet village in the Valcanale, close to the Julian Alps. It is a short walk from the center of the village and is a strategic starting point for the naturalistic and historical excursions that Val Saisera offers. In the village, there is a grocery store for basic necessities, a few hundred meters from the house. A supermarket is 4 kilometers towards Tarvisio. One km from Valbruna are the accesses to the AlpeAdria cycle path.

Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Reside at the Theresienhof townhouse. Built by the trades of Franz Ritter von Jakomini in the early 19th century. On just under 120 m² you will find 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with dining area for 6 people, a spacious living room, as well as bathroom and toilet separated. Wifi is also part of the basic equipment as a washing machine and a dryer. A fenced garden is ideal for playing for children.
