Enjoy the tranquility and unobstructed views of nature. The house offers cozy furnishings with a kitchen, living area and spacious covered terrace. Ideal for those who love country life and real originality – whether as a couple or with friends. Hiking trails, swimming and cycling tours start right outside the door.

Our location in the border triangle allows you to reach Austria and Switzerland in just 10 minutes. Numerous excursion destinations, from the Allgäu to the Rhine Falls, make our region attractive. In rainy weather, the thermal baths in Lindau or, a little further away, in Oberstaufen offer a welcome alternative. We have space for 3-4 people.

We wish you a pleasant time in our small, cozy accommodation near Lake Constance/Lindau (about 10 minutes by car). Everything is possible here for walking and relaxing. It is only 5 km to the A96 ramp. There is also an Edeka and a fast-charging station for electric cars there. You can start your day with a delicious NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the nice amenities of this apartment. The bedroom has a cozy 1.60 m double bed. In the living room you will find a dining area for 3 people as well as a cozy seating area with a sofa and large 55-inch smart TV.

Our newly renovated apartment in the Schwatzenmühle can be a cozy temporary home for both families and single travelers. Situated in the middle of the Dreiländerck, on the eastern Lake Constance, you can be in the island city of Lindau, 5 km away, in a short time. Also not far away are the Allgäu mountains with breathtaking natural idyll, hiking trails and ski slopes for all ages.

Apartment in the countryside

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis near Lake Constance between Wangen and Lindau. The beautiful medieval town of Wangen can be reached in 10 minutes by car and in 30 minutes by bike on idyllic bike paths. Start directly from the house on the Lake Constance-Königssee cycle path and reach Lindau in approx. 40 minutes by bike.

Our cozy apartment is located in Lindau on Lake Constance only about 2 km from the city center. You can reach the city center in a few minutes by car, bike or bus. A fireplace, the organic pool in the garden and an outdoor hot tub with a constant 36°C ensure relaxation in any weather. Bicycles can be stored in our garage.
