Extremely beautiful space, very thoughtful and spotless. Its location is just about a ten minute walk from the center. They were very explanatory with all the information for our arrival and responded right away! I highly recommend it and if I find myself in Nafpaktos again I will definitely prefer this accommodation. Thankyou!

This was my fourth visit and already booked my next one. Had a great time, as usual. I love this place.

The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated, very well equipped and close to Olympia. The master suite is a plus. The outside is also very well maintained (flowers etc).

Mr. Pavlos contacted me from the first moment to help me with whatever I needed. The place was clean and bright, it had all the amenities mentioned. Quiet area, you need transportation to the city center, but for us it was not a problem, we knew it. I would choose it again on my future trip.

It’s gut

Very comfortable, gorgeous apartment near the centre of a gloriously beautiful town. We were really able to relax in this village before the end of our month in Greece. Highlight was the monastery of St John the Baptist, a truely, (and slightly unexpected for me, ) spiritual experience! Afterwards we swam in the cold, utterly clear waters of the nearby river. Highly recommend Theta and Stemnitsa .

Really nice house, direct by the beach and walking distance from the city. Christos was a wonderful host, quite helpful and flexible. The house it self had everything one would need, was clean and fresh. The garden was also quite big which we enjoyed during the sunny days. We definable recommend it!

Maria’s apartment was a perfect stay for our place in Patras. It was easy to find and although our arrival had been slightly delayed Maria was kind enough to wait and walk us through check in. It had everything we needed and Maria was also kind enough to drop off an ironing board for us. The apartment was immaculate and she had left it fully stocked which was greatly appreciated. The icing on the cake was having such a secure spacious parking space and very good air conditioning. Thank you Maria!

I had a great weekend. Located in a peaceful area, this apartment was perfect to clean my mind and relax from work and stress. The apartment has everything you need! It also has a pool, an outdoors jacuzzi and a barbecue. We used the barbecue and the jacuzzi. The experience was something else! I really recommend it. Michalis was a very good host, very friendly and helpful with the instructions. His mom was there and she was very sweet! She even treated us some homemade food. They had left breakfast and water too. I wish I could give more stars.

From the moment we arrives we fell in live with this place, which was perfect for two of us for a week. The roads are steep and winding, but that adds to the sense of getting away. We walked the Menalon Trail, which starts in Stemnitsa, to Dimitsana, past monasteries and through the Lousios Gorge - stunning! Not for the unfit or faint-hearted - it's very steep and 12.5km (5 hours) to cover. We needed the cold drinks and mountain lunch when we arrived. The taxi back was entertaining, too - Nikos gave us lots of local information. We also managed day trips to Messene, Mystras, and Mycenae, all about 1.5 hours away by car, though not far as the crow flies. Cafe Gerousia in the town square is fab during the day, and the grills at the taverna are great. The tiny shop tucked in between Σιμο & Σιμο and the Ginger Squirrel has everything, but the proprietress speaks no English - cue lots of looking up Greek words, pointing and grammatical errors on my part.

We had a wonderful stay at Eleni’s. Magical views, very clean and spacious and great deck area to enjoy dinner and a swim. Lots of hiking in the area and easy access to restaurants and shops. Wish we had stayed longer. Overall highly recommended.

We stayed at Irini's house of a family of 4 and it really was impeccable both in terms of cleanliness and access..everything was very close. The house is a 2 minute walk from the port. Irini very helpful with immediate help with what we needed..Also the house was just like in the photos..

Emaculate cozy apartment. Very comfortable bed. Great location close to the port and a short walk to many cafés, restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay again when visiting Patras.

Kostas was friendly and available, the house was beautiful and clean with a nice balcony, in front of a park. Supermarket, cafe, food next to the house. I recommend it and I would stay again!
