From the unbearable sunsets on the end of the dock to sleeping with salt air breeze, screened in porch for breakfast and lingering over a good book - our stay was everything we needed.

Unbeatable views and location. Private. our family ranging from 2 to 88 yrs old all fell in love with Thicket point! Fishing, crabbing , kayaking, sloshing in the marsh finding sea glass! Convection oven and huge dining table, perfection! Air conditioner was COLD! This feels like a home, not a house. The screened in porch was a blessing! We were lucky enough to sit and watch a thunder storm over the bay. The rooms are spacious and EVERY room has a breathtaking view. In a five day span with 3 toddlers..we never had a need to turn on the TV. Everything was in working order. It was priceless to see my children taking their children kayaking, and exploring nature. It's indescribable how beautiful this home is, inside and out. We took a trip to Assateague Island and saw the wild ponies. There are blue hearings that visited the point daily, along with ecrid and a random horseshoe crab or 10! We didn't want to leave and we will definitely be back!

Fantastic hosts who responded very quickly to the one minor issue we had with the wifi. It was not their fault at all, but they had the service provider out and with the issue being completely resolved within a couple of hours. Comfortable condo with plenty of space for a family. Hosts were very friendly and had great communication, with reminders before and during our stay. Highly recommended if you're looking for comfortable space, great hosts, and a relaxing stay.

This was a perfect spot from which to explore the area then come back for peace and quiet later in the evening. The house is very quiet so if someone is sleeping in, others can be up and around. It is well supplied with any household basic items you need for cleaning and cooking. Plus how many places have goldfish pond in the garage? You’ll have to come and see if you want to know more.

Upon our arrival at the charming farmhouse on the lake, we were filled with excitement and anticipation for relaxation and adventure. The house was stunning, offering ample space with plenty of rooms for everyone. The kitchen was a delight to cook in and served as a perfect gathering spot. Access to the grilling area was convenient, and dining on the airy patio was a truly enjoyable experience. The views of the cows and chickens were delightful, adding to the farm's rustic charm. The lake itself was a tranquil oasis, perfect for birdwatching. We were thrilled to catch glimpses of bald eagles among other fascinating wildlife. We particularly appreciated the fresh bread and eggs left for us on the counter, which added a lovely homey touch to our stay. We highly recommend this oasis.

Stunning accommodations! The view was beautiful. The home was spotless. If it were not for the scheduled events I had to attend in the area, I would have relaxed in the condo for the entire stay!

Joslyn was a FANTASTIC host, and her home was even more beautiful in person than in the pics. The house was clean, clutter free and had all the amenities. The water views were to die for! We stayed at the end of December, and would LOVE to come back during the summer. If you're looking for a beautiful home with plenty of charm, peace and tranquility, then look no further. THIS IS IT! This little Cottage was absolutely perfect. Our stay was quick but it was exactly what we needed. Overlooking the water, listening to the birds, and enjoying the absolute peace that is Chincoteague. This is a spot I'll definitely be visiting again!

A beautiful and spacious condo for our family to ring in the new year. Plenty of space for the three of us and our pups. The well-equipped kitchen was perfect since we were visiting in the off season and spent most meals in the condo. We would definitely visit again.

This was our first visit to Chincoteague, and it did not disappoint! The condo looked just like the listing and had beautiful views. It was also conveniently located near shops and restaurants, all well within walking distance. There was a hiccup with the door code when we arrived, but seaside has an after hours phone service that took care of everything. The person I spoke to was so friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay again next time we’re in Chincoteague and would recommend to friends.

Kelly's place was immaculate. Kelly went out of her way to help us with all of our things. We had a boat dock. Kelly had everything we needed from water to shore power. This is a one of a kind place to stay, very clean, furnished beautifully and the view is outstanding. Kelly great job all the way around . Thanks for having my fishing team. Thanks Donald

This condo was beyond my expectations. Lovely views and very close to restaurants. Lobby area very inviting! condo was clean and everything we could possibly need.

Everything about this place and this host was incredible. Annie was so personable and helpful every step of the way, from time of initial booking to preparing for checkin, and even as questions came up during our stay. The place was clean and spacious and looked just like it was pictured. I had not been to Chincoteague since I was a child, so to be able to take my kids back there and create memories with them was priceless. The unit came with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and crabbing traps to use during our stay. My kids absolutely loved checking the traps to see what they caught, so neat! The sunset view from the dock was absolutely stunning, and being right on the water was so peaceful and relaxing. We truly couldn’t have picked a better place, and will hands-down return to the Airbnb any time we ever return to Chincoteague. Thanks Annie for your hospitality and for this incredible gem! If you’re undecided on which unit to choose, pick this one. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful, peaceful and extremely comfortable stay! Everyone from my 82 year old mother to my 10 year old daughter found a cozy corner and amenities to suit them! Thank you!

The Tiny House was the perfect getaway! The beach was very private. The Sunsets were just gorgeous! Our Host Christi went above and beyond to make us feel right at home.All I really needed to bring was myself and my clothes. She had everything we needed. She told me how to get to a really cool antique shop. It was awesome! I can't say enough good things about Christi. She was an amazing Host and extremely helpful! Her place is truly a Hidden Gem! Thank you Christi!

Shery's condo was a great find. It was a very quiet spot and the view was amazing (a view of the lighthouse)! The condo is in excellent condition, and I thought it was even better than the pictures! The two back patios are a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the view, and the way the condo complex is set up, you have complete privacy on the deck. The condo has everything you need and is only a few minute drive to the main street, and only about a 5-minute drive to the Preserve. A really great location. Sherry was a wonderful host, very proactive and quickly responded to any questions. I can't recommend this place enough!

Fiddler on the Creek exceeded all expectations. The house was impeccably clean, tastefully furnished, and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need—including kayaks, paddles, two adult life vests, fishing rods, bug spray, a crabbing pot, etc., etc. The waterfront views are stunning, especially in the evening when you’re out on the kayaks (just be sure to check the tides so you don’t get stranded!). It was very peaceful to sit out on the deck and watch the lighthouse. It’s just a short drive to both Assateague Island and downtown Chincoteague, making it a perfect home base. I'd also highly recommend taking the pony tour with Captain Dan's Around the Island Tours—he was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the tour was a highlight of our trip. We’d absolutely recommend this place to others and look forward to returning ourselves!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was very clean and nicely furnished. The view from the house is absolutely amazing. You can see both the sunrise and sunset from the dock in early October. We would consider coming back in the winter just to enjoy the view again. The rental company was responsive and helpful. It would be nice if bath towels were supplied; these take up a lot of packing space for a family of five. Our queen bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the second-level deck/seating. We rented bikes from the place at the end of the street; it was much less expensive than the bike rental place that's right before the bridge. We will likely return!

This is a great location for bird watching (which is why we visited Smith Island): a nearby rookery and a wooden pier where boats can pick you up. We brought our own bikes on the ferry which is useful since the town is 2 miles away. The Blue Heron Cottage is well stocked with kitchen equipment and condiments so that you can cook yourself.

We had a great stay at Fiddler Bay. We’ve been to Chincoteague the last five summers and this was definitely our favorite place we have stayed. The apartment was nice and views of Assateague Channel unmatched. We also loved having access to the shared pier for crabbing and fishing.
