This is a 293 m² accommodation built on a vast 2000 m² site. This is a guest house limited to one group. One owner lives there, but there is no shared space with the owner (entrance, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and sink are all separate). In addition, in order for guests not to be bothered by the presence of the owner, the owner's living space is located in the back of the house. In addition, the guest's exclusive space is about 200 ㎡, so you can enjoy the feeling of renting the entire space without worrying about the owner's presence. Since the host lives there, you can contact the host immediately if you have any questions or concerns about the facility. You can also enjoy a barbecue while enjoying the lake view and the open natural space. You can also leave the barbecue setting and cleaning to the host. Please note that there is a fee for barbecues, so please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to have a barbecue.

〜お知らせ〜 ※雪によりウッドデッキの使用が出来なくなりました。 感染予防のため退出後の清掃除菌は徹底しております。 洞爺湖畔から徒歩5〜10分 春は雪解けの清々しさを感じられ、夏は自然を満喫、秋は紅葉、冬は雪景色とスノースポーツ 建物周辺はとても静かで眺めがとても良くなっております。 飲食店などは少なくなっておりますご注意下さい。 また古い建物を使用しております。 随時、改修工事などを行なっておりますが工事途中のものもございます。改めご了承下さいませ。 ※2階のお部屋の寝室は全てつながっております。鍵や壁などありません。 サンルームにつきましては工事途中で終わっております。ご了承下さい。 以前ありました薪ストーブは撤去しております。 お部屋からは小さくですが洞爺湖ロングラン花火が見ることが可能です。ただとても小さいです。 1階のお部屋にはSwitchがございます。ただカセットなどはございませんのでご自身の物をご使用お願い致します。 ※外の柵は一部破損しているため絶対によしかかったりしないようにお願い致します。 建物が古い為虫はかなり出てしまいます。 殺虫剤ガムテープをご使用下さい
