Villa vacation rentals in Abidjan Autonomous District

My friends and I had a great experience. Honestly the pictures don’t do justice to the property because it was really beautiful and spacious. We felt comfortable and safe in a gated community the apartment was suited. And oh, it was also very easy to access. Gauthier, the care taker was extremely helpful and responsive as well. Overall, a great experience. We hope to visit again soon!

Our stay in the villa was very qualitative, apart from the lack of cleanliness of the premises and some amenities such as dusty screens as well as the floors and fridge not very clean. The accommodation is in a very quiet place with respectful and quiet residents. Adult/child books are available as well as a washing machine and many other amenities, very good quality wi-fi connection, very spacious rooms and the fact that each room has a bathroom/toilet is a very good thing. The stay was pleasant and the communication with the owner very smooth. In addition, I want to leave a small opinion about the caretaker Martin always present and respectful to us, he was present whenever we needed it the trip was more pleasant thanks to him. I would book again with pleasure if needed and recommend the villa. PS: it would be a plus to activate the A/C present;)

i have already had rentals for a vacation, but from memory this is the first time I have come across such a friendly and available owner. it goes beyond the formal setting of a commercial exchange, it was really kind to me and my family. at the level of professionalism, all boxes are checked. there is dedicated staff for every aspect of living in the villa. a technical manager intervenes at the slightest phone call that the housekeeper makes it to him if we come up again. a very professional and discreet household help that we would almost doubt his presence. the villa is very clean, neat and bright. high ceiling, very spacious and cozy. pleasant to the eye, from pristine walls to wooded decor. the two living rooms with TV in each and large terrace for the second one are a serious plus! i stayed there with my husband and 4 kids and I would recommend it very warmly. a great experience.

Our stay was amazing! The host was always available and friendly. I also lost misplaced my phone during my stay, the host helped us look for my phone although it was already time to check out. She went out of her way to investigate, and found my phone a week later! Thank you very much!

Pierre provided quick and thorough responses every time we had a question about the place. Check-in was seamless. Pierre dispatched Stanislas to answer any and all questions we had. Pierre also had the house lady Virginie help with any of our needs. The place was centrally located, with easy access to all parts of the city we needed to get to. Everything was as described and Pierre’s flexibility made a huge difference in our stay. I highly recommend this place!

The house is very spacious and is perfect for groups of 10. The manager is very approachable, responsive and courteous. Small downside for the kitchen very spacious but to be equipped more.

My family and I loved staying at Yakou’s place. The place was clean and well maintained! Communicating with Yakou was a pleasure, which made our stay pleasant. He checked on us to make sure that things went smoothly! He was polite and pleasant. My family goes on vacation every single year, from Los Angeles to Miami, to Las Vegas and we each time expect the best when we book our vacation, and I’m very picky with the places I book when vacationing. This year in particular was kind of special because I came back to my home country after 31 years and Yakou”s place made everything feel so special! Go ahead and book his place, trust me you will not be disappointed!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Ivory Coast! For the second time in a row. The host was incredibly accommodating—responsive, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and stress-free. The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host’s hospitality truly made me feel at home and added so much to my experience in Ivory Coast. Feel at home! My kids and I loved living and spending our vacation in Aisha's beautiful villa! The house is spacious, airy, friendly, warm, I felt like I was home! 😃 The kids quickly found their marks, they had a great time and loved playing in the pool! 😁 The villa is really well located, residential and secure. Aisha's decoration, brings elegance and harmony to the house. The Wifi works perfectly, and if you want to sit in front of the big TV, the Canal+ channels…And Netflix will entertain you! The kitchen is functional and pleasant, the spaces are perfectly exploited. Aisha is a very friendly Host, Communication was fluid and efficient And then, resting on the pool side, surrounded by greenery was very nice! As you can see, the villa De Aïcha is one of my favorites! 😄

We had a pleasant week in this beautiful villa. Long before, we had been to another villa that disappointed us. So we were pessimistic when we arrived, but fortunately everything was well and was as described on Airbnb. I would highly recommend this residence.

A perfect stay. Responsive and available hosts. Accommodation (studio on 2 floors) with impeccable clarity, with air conditioning, wide choice of TV channels, fast WiFi (fiber) which is particularly valuable for those who come for professional reasons. Pool at the foot of the studio. Close to central areas of town. Meal on the go if needed carefully prepared by Marie. Fridge to store a few groceries if needed.

A pleasant stay, the house is spacious and the indoor and outdoor living spaces are vast. Ideal for a large family. The Junior caretaker is very efficient and professional. Lina is responsive .

We are extremely happy with our stay. The house is beautiful and exactly as advertised. The overall service, from the initial communication while booking to the local recommendations and the in between check ins were just outstanding. Emilia felt like a family member and Joseph our recommended driver made us feel safe while travelling in the city. The house is secure with guards and modern security system. Jean-Baptiste and Marie-Louise have put together a network of local businesses that all share a commitment to providing a great service. We had the best time and will surely be back.
