Relaxed bungalow in private woodland surrounded by nature offering the beautiful Atlantic coast to soak up & enjoy the sun. There's Halahin River which is the border between the Gambia & Senegal, just behind the village Kartong. It’s a lovely walk along the road to the Kartong village, a reptile farm on your doorstep (walking distance), a couple of local restaurants offering food & an Eco Lodge 2min away that has a restaurant and bar on site. The property is solar powered for lights and fans.

Charming house in beautiful wooded park

The house is located in a wooded and flowered park, fenced, one and a half hectares, a 15-minute walk from the beach and the heart of the village by small paths, in a residential area. The house enjoys all the comforts and attentive staff, with a caretaker settled in his own house at the entrance to the property and a stove who will prepare typical Senegalese dishes for you. The garden welcomes many colorful birds, but also a chicken coop and two friendly dogs.

15 min walk on shady paths lead to the beach or village. The round house is in its own garden, you are completely undisturbed there. It is fully tiled, clean, has mosquito protection on windows, doors and beds, running water and solar power. An external staircase leads onto the beautiful, shaded roof terrace.
