The house (65 square meters) is located in the southeast of Tenerife in Abades, i.e. on the sunnier side of the island. You are about a 1-2 minute walk from the beach. Here there is a supermarket, many small bars and restaurants, as well as two diving schools, playgrounds, tennis courts and much more. The sandy beach is surprisingly uncrowded and is great for swimming, snorkeling and diving. The house has 2 bedrooms, a large combined living-dining room and kitchen and a very nice and sunny terrace (56 square meters).

Shares access through the terrace to the independent lower house.

Dit is gedeeld met het andere appartement. Vanaf het zonnedek heb je prachtig uitzicht op het strand. Duiken en klimmen is zeer populair hier.
