The apartment has 56 m² and is situated on the first floor of a house. The apartment has one room, which is divided in sleeping area containing one double bed, sitting area with sofa and 2 armchairs and a fully equiped kitchen. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

The newly furnished apartment is located in a cul-de-sac on the 2nd floor of a 6 apartment building. Easily accessible by elevator. The property includes a garage and a free parking space. Parking for bicycles is available. The shower is at ground level. On the sunny southwest balcony you can enjoy the sun almost all day. In the village, there are several shops, bakery, butcher and pizzeria are easily accessible on foot.
