An amazing apartment in Güzelyalı, in front of the sea. This is the best view you can find on Airbnb in İzmir. In city center, all bars, restaurants, cafes are below our apartment. 3 A/C natural gas heating, Ambilight Tv and sound system, bath tub, all are ready for your staying. Our cleaning team also cleans everything before your arrival. Also we have SPECIAL PARKING LOT(Vans not allowed). You can come by your car very easy. Our building has elevator so you dont need to climb stairs.

Only 3 minutes to Izban, 3 minutes to the Atakent beach, 5 minutes to Hiltown mall and 2 minutes walk to tranwaya. The apartment has an elevator and balcony Everything is available in the apartment. There are all the ingredients you can eat. The internet is fast, Neftlix and Youtuba. I welcome all my guests.

Our stay was very nice. Mr. Emre had already called us and given us information about the house. There was nothing different in the house and amenities in the images, everything was as described, everything was very nice, but there were a few flies that bothered us, everything else was very positive. I look forward to the day we will go again.

This space is special in so many ways but what stands out the most is Mr. Aytuğ himself. He was extremely kind and helpful to us, making our stay as easy as possible and enjoyable. We made the mistake of not taking groceries and he happily took us to thr supermarket twice! I can't recommend this place enough: the views, the pool, the house itself and the host! Will be coming back 😊

We loved staying in Emre’s beautiful home. It looked just as it appeared in pictures and was exactly as described. Most importantly, Emre was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We had questions regarding restaurants, shops, transportation and other matters. Emre always responded quickly, completely, and very helpfully. He is a wonderful host.

I was travelling solo as a woman, and Ayla Hanim’s place was the perfect fit. I wanted to be within walking distance of the pier, and her home was just a ten-minute walk away. She was an incredibly welcoming host; kind, attentive and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had during my stay. I truly felt lucky to have her as my host. Such a diva! We rented the house for 5 days to work remotely as 3 people. It is located in a very quiet and calm environment, which offers a great atmosphere for focusing and relaxing. The architecture of the house was very impressive and everything we needed was available. The garden was very pleasant, and the internet connection was more than sufficient for remote work. There are grocery stores nearby where you can shop, but transportation without a car can be a bit difficult. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean. All kinds of needs have been considered in the kitchen. We thank Ms. Aydan very much for her hospitality.
